Lovely detached villa, set in a large private plot with gates and plenty of shaded parking. The kidney shaped pool is accessed by roman steps and goes from 1 meter in the shallow end to 2 meters in the deep. A basic summer kitchen with a sink and a gas BBQ area allows you the possibility of cooking alfresco.

The villa is spacious with large dining room over looking the pool area, with Toscan stone pillars and beamed curved coving ceilings adding character and charm to the property and leading through into the lounge with beautiful toscan stone fire place being the focal point of the lounge. The separate spacious fully equipped kitchen makes your holiday pleasant. A separate utility room has washing machine and drying space. A downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. On the first floor are the three good size double bedrooms and one ensuite and one additional family bathroom.

Air conditioning is throughout and free-sat TV English TV is available in the lounge and the master bedroom and Fiber Optic WiFi.

Dining room:
Circular dining table and 6 chairs allow you the comfort of looking over the pool area whilst you dine.

Lounge:
Seating for 6 with air conditioning, flat screen SMART TV with freesat UK channels and Spanish channels. Fibre optic wifi.

Kitchen:
Spacious and well equipped with all the mod cons you would except at home and views over rear and side garden

Master bedroom with ensuite:
Super king size bed with side tables, chest of draws, fitted wardrobes, radiator and A/C. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity unit, toilet, shower cubicle, and heated towel rails.

Bedrooms 2 & 3:
2nd and 3rd Bedroom are mirror images both enjoying King size bed with side tables, chest of draws, fitted wardrobes and A/C.

Upstairs:
Family bathroom with double vanity unit toilet, shower cubicle and heated towel rails.

Accessibility
The villa is on a large flat plot with just a couple of steps into the villa itself and a couple of steps lead up to the rear garden. All the bedrooms are on the first floor.

Outside the Property:
Electric gates gives you entrance into the property. Large terrace area with kidney shaped pool (8 X 4) with lighting making it safer for children after dark, seating area and sun loungers. The rear garden has an abundance of Mediterranean plants and secluded seating.

Details on the Coast and Beach:
The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach at the Arenal in Javea is ideal for families and young children and just a 10 minute drive with an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all taste buds. Also the secluded coves are scattered along the coast with there chiringuito beach bars offering fabulous local food and picturesque scenery.

Golf Details
Javea Golf Club just a 15 minute drive away.

Travelling to the Property
Car hire is essential and there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive

Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 105 km to the south, (approx. 1,5 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just a 30 minute drive from here.

Change over dates can be flexible, but access on arrival is available from 4 pm and we request the villa is vacated on day of departure by 10 am.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Smoking is not permitted at the property. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Air con is in the lounge/dining room and in all the bedrooms and we do ask you to use in moderation and ensure all windows and doors are closed whilst it is in use.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
