Villa Alta Vista is an impressive Andalusian style home perched on a hill and offers absolutely stunning views out to the Atlantic, yet only a 5 minute walk to the 12 kilometres of white, pristine, sandy beaches of Zahara de los Atunes. This gorgeous home is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating for year round use and is spread across three floors to provide guests plenty of space. Perhaps most enticing is the stunning pool area complete with an extra large luxury jacuzzi overlooking the sea that comfortably accommodates 12 adults. Both the pool and jacuzzi have magnificent sea views and enjoy incredible sunsets. There is also a game room complete with foosball, air hockey and darts, as well as a fabulous outdoor table tennis area. Magnificent entertainment for everyone! The gardens have various fruit trees and the gated parking area easily accommodates 3-4 cars. Bath towels, bed linens and hair dryers are provided for guest use. Beach chairs and beach towels are also available. For your laundry needs, there is a full sized Bosch washer and Bosch tumble dryer in the utility room and a line dryer outside for hanging delicates. For added comfort and convenience, bathroom toiletries and house cleaning supplies are all kept in stock for guest use. Perfectly located, with gorgeous views and privacy. It’s only a 5 minute walk down to the beach and 10 minutes drive to the town centre of Zahara de los Atunes. To ensure guests have top notch local staff present to attend to any needs or services required throughout their stay, Villa Alta Vista is professionally managed by a local agency in Zahara de los Atunes. They can help arrange any extras you may wish for your stay, such as mid stay house cleanings, ironing, etc.

Una villa rodeada de montaña y mar donde la naturaleza brota de las rocas. Sus jardines primorosos y llenos de vida donde nuestra familia goza del sol y las vistas del mar.Una piscina acogedora y áreas de jardín amplías y bellas. Sus interiores muy bien diseñados y decorados, fácil acceso a la playa y restaurantes. Recomendada para recargar el animo y alejarse del estrés.

A spacious and well looked after villa with some glorious views over the beach, Atlantic and in the distance, Africa. Located close to Zahara, it is within an easy driving distance of places such as Gibraltar, Malaga and Seville. Plenty to see and do in the area, and equally peaceful if you require a relaxing holiday!

High quality family villa with stunning ocean views

The location is perfect - very short walk to the beach yet amazing sea views. Zahara we liked very much, fantastic restaurants with awesome food and wine - superb value. The villa has been built to the highest standard and is incredibly comfortable. Lovely bathrooms! Superb pool and manicured gardens. An amazing villa - we will be back!
