Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and private parking, this villa has the quality and luxury to make any family holiday magical. You climb a short flight of steps to the front door and enter the large and elegant entrance hall with modern lighting, art and marble stairs leading to the upper master bedroom suite and down to a further 3 bedrooms. On the ground level you have a large open plan lounge and adjacent dining area with a large corner sofa and a wide screen TV with UK channels and from the back of this living room you come through to the large dining area and the well equipped, modern kitchen with island hob and extraction. There are 3 separate sets of french doors leading to the outside lounge furniture with sea views and round to the back with the pool surrounded by artificial grass and sun beds for all the sunseekers. On the upper level you will find the huge master bedroom suite with private walk in wardrobe and dressing room, large en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. In front of the king size bed are french windows leading to the private balcony with sea views. This is one of the largest master bedroom suites you will find and is a real luxury for the lucky people spending their vacation at Casa Jem. Down the stairs from the entrance hallway are 3 more bedrooms a family bathroom with walk in shower and a separate WC. There is a twin bedroom and a further set of 2 king size beds connected by a door, this is ideal for families with young children who want to be close to them at night. The connected bedrooms also have their own separate entrances for individual guests to use. Villa is fully air-conditioned throughout with both hot and cold air-conditioning available. There is a large utility room with washer and dryer available for guests use during their stay. The outside space has a Weber gas BBQ with dining for 8 and lounge seating for 8 with a further seating area with an Ibiza style cabana bed. The pool itself is 9m x 3m and can be heated on request . Heating is available to guests at an extra charge between October and May. This option can be chosen when processing your booking. Villa Jem is situated in the centre of a quiet urbanization on a an elevated plot with steps so may not be suitable for the very elderly. There are extensive family activities in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resort town of Moraira offers fantastic beaches.
