Having just undergone a full renovation in January 2024 we are excited to offer this fantastic one bedroom, one bathroom Apartment. Located in the heart of the beautiful town of Moraira, just a few metres away from a local supermarket, several bars, bakeries and the white sandy beach of L'Ampolla. A perfect holiday home as no car is required!Decorated in a modern style, the apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen, hot and cold air-conditioning and a sunny south-east facing balcony. The double bedroom with fitted wardrobes also has access to the balcony. Accessible by lift or a single flight of stairs.
The complex boasts tranquil communal gardens and a large swimming pool for residents only.

Please note, this property is under new ownership. Under the new management we have now refurbished the property including super-fast internet, full new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and air-conditioning unit.
All new linen and towelling is included.
To secure a booking there is a 30% non-refundable deposit with the remainder payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a £200 damage deposit to be paid with the balance, this is returned after satisfactory inspection.

And cherry on the cake: a very provided welcome kit, this is the first time we have had such a welcome kit. Communication with John is very pleasant , he is very responsive . We will be happy to go back to this apartment. You can go there without any fear.
