The electric entrance gate opens to a large area offering secure parking.
The lounge is spacious with 3 comfortable settees, 65 inch flat screen tv offering Netflix, Full Sky package, BBC, ITV etc. international internet programming and music selection.
The Fibre optic broadband, WiFi, Netflix, Hifi and Amazon Music Unlimited, vía Amazon Echo, are provided free of charge.
Gym equipment comprises wall bar, elastics, static bike, and cross trainer.
The kitchen is very large with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezers coffee machines. There are large dining tables in the lounge, kitchen and outside.
Bedroom 1. King size bed, fitted wardrobe, tv, air conditioning and a large en-suite bathroom with shower area.
Bedroom 2. King size bed, TV, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, patio doors onto the terrace and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, TV, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom 4. 3 Single beds, TV, DVD, freestanding wardrobe air conditioning and en-suite with shower.
Bedroom 5. King size bed, fitted wardrobe, TV, work desk, air conditioning, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower area.
All the showers are fitted with thermostatically controlled taps ensuring an unchanging and safe temperature of your choice.
All the beds have good mattresses and hotel quality bed linen, full sized, Egyptian 400 thread cotton sateen for maximum comfort, after all, you will spend about a third of your holiday in bed!
There is a very spacious and very private (not overlooked) patio area backed by mature gardens.
Large solar/electrically heated pool, with a salt electrolysis system which gives the comfort of silky soft water that won’t turn eyes red, hair green, or dry out skin. The more natural approach to chlorination eliminates harsh chlorine odour and leaves the pool feeling healthier and more luxurious.
Comfortable lightweight aluminium sun loungers.
Overlooking the pool is a separate BBQ with charcoal grill, gas hob, sink and a washing machine. There is also an Al fresco dining area and a drinks chiller to provide a plentiful supply of ice cold drinks adjacent to the BBQ. Our two large pergolas provide excellent shade throughout the day.

By Kate Moyle on 26-Sep-2025As a mixed age group of 7 we specifically booked Villa Olivina as it had so much space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but also amazing games/entertainment, from Petanque to Darts! The villa itself is stunning but the pool, views and outdoor area are really special! We had such a brilliant stay, loads of laughs, celebrated a special Birthday and made new memories! Chris and Lesley were amazing hosts that had thought of absolutely everything and the Welcome Package was amazing! Thank you 😊 We WILL definitely be returning to Villa Olivina! 🥰

A fantastic place to stay

Chris and Lesley greeted us on arrival and provided a brilliant welcome pack to get us started. We had so much space and used all the outdoor facilities. It felt like a home from home, so relaxed. The local supermarket, bakery and restaurants were all within a 10 min walk. Would definitely recommend a visit to the local tapas. Overall a brilliant place and we will definitely return.

The perfect place
By Kate on 05-Jul-2025Chris and Lesley were amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always on hand to help with anything we needed. The villa is immaculate! Every room was so clean and well stocked up. The kitchen had everything you need and more! We had a lovely welcome package of food/drink. We were made to feel like it was our home. Absolutely beautiful place and felt so safe there. The really large pool and hot tub made for perfect days/nights. The villa has so much to do pool/hot tub/pool table/tennis table/ kids playground/bowls set up. We didn’t leave the entire time we were there! The location is so peaceful! Would really recommend. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

Perfect

We don’t usually go to the same place but we are so happy here we have booked again for a fourth time in 2026. Chris and Lesley are genuinely lovely people who can’t do enough to make your holiday very special treating their guests to a welcome of complementary fridges full of food and drinks.Tip. Before you leave home get the Mercadona app it’s all in English and you can order all your food and drink shopping for your holiday to be delivered free to the villa on a day and time of your choice. It’s a big help and means you don’t have to waste your time traipsing around the supermarkets. The service is free..

Perfect Villa for family holiday. Hi
By Kathy McAdam Freud on 14-May-2025This is a beautiful villa with sea view,lovely gardens, large fabulous swimming pool and hot whirlpool, a great outdoor bar and BBQ and kitchen and sheltered dinning table to eat outside in sheltered area of garden/ pool area. The beds and bedding are luxurious with copious bathrooms and towels for bathroom and pool use. The large indoor kitchen and whole house is very well and fully equipped for ten people. The welcome pack is a delightful home from home touch. Excellent very cold outside fridge for drinks in abundance! We really wanted for nothing and had a fantastic stay during which my grown up son completed the Ironman. Excellent location for exploring and easy walk to nearest town Tias. Poole, table tennis ,boules and gym all well used by our crowd of young adults. Chris and Zlesley were wonderful hosts being friendly and on hand for any help/ queries. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Plenty of room for all ten of us, youngest being 20 and eldest 67yrs ! Nothing frilly and delicate to add stress to your stay for fear of damage. A real beautiful fun place to relax in.
