Lanzarote an Attractive Relaxing Villa with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a large heated pool, set in a secluded patio. Located near the center of the lovely village of Tias.

Welcome to Casa Sahana, a privately owned and managed villa, located in a quiet area near to the centre of the pretty village of Tias. All the shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away.

A number of our clients are regulars and have stayed in other villas in Tias before making Casa Sahana their favourite choice, so we are confident that you will enjoy the villa and have a lovely relaxing holiday.

Starting with the outside:

Casa Sahana has a spacious, secluded south facing patio with sun beds, pool shower and a built-in Canarian barbecue. There is also a great dinning area, shaded by a pergola and equipped with tables and chairs.

In the centre of the patio is the large private swimming pool with Roman Steps in the shallow-end, making it safely accessible by people of all ages. The pool is larger than most measuring 26 by 13 feet, so there is plenty of room for everyone and for the energetic, plenty of space for a good work out!! The pool is heated by solar with an electrical back-up system, ensuring a very pleasant temperature throughout the whole year.

Going through the wooden gate in the patio will take you into you own private tropical garden containing, Palms, Yuccas, Aloe Vera and many other exotic plants.

Moving to the inside:

Casa Sahana has been built and finished to a high standard using attractive woods and marble. Accommodation consists of three large bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.

One bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs; this bedroom has a king-size double bed and a balcony providing good views of the sea and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, are located on the ground floor, these bedrooms have twin single beds. One of the bedrooms has French-windows opening out onto the terrace by the pool and the other has views of the mountains behind the villa. Both bathrooms have baths with overhead showers.

There is a spacious kitchen, with a separate small utility room and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hob, a large fridge / freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. In the utility room, there is a washing machine, iron with ironing board and a hair-dryer.
Exiting the dining area there is an additional Canarian style courtyard garden with a 'rustic' pergola.

An attractively furnished lounge, opens out onto the terrace by the pool. In the lounge there is WIFI Broadband and Smart TV with a subscription IPTV Package, giving access to all major UK and Worldwide Channels. There is also DVD and CD / Stereo equipment.

A basic welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc., is provided and a more extensive welcome pack, containing items of your choice, can be provided by arrangement. A maid service will clean and change the bed linen and towels once a week. The pool will be cleaned twice a week and the gardens will be maintained and watered once a week. We have a local property manager who can be contacted if you have any questions about the villa.

Stayed for a week in early March. Never been inland to Tias before so decided to try it for a break away. 10 minutes and about 11 euro in a taxi from the airport so really easy and cheap to get to. Casa Sahana has everything you need for a holiday away and you can economise by not having to eat out every night, which soon mounts up when you're in a hotel. Just the two of us went, so had loads of space. Pool is fantastic, really warm and it made such a difference to have it all to yourself and not have to fight for a sunbed (pet hate). Lovely outdoor area, great barbecue - can buy charcoal, seafood, meat and fruit and veg at the well stocked HiperDino supermarket about 8 minutes walk, or more deli like butchers shop, Charcon, about 5 minutes walk, both of which offered a great choice. Nice and quiet on a one way street. Really good choice of tv channels which helped during one small downpour. Tias is nice, pretty quiet and the bars and restaurants we went in were a 50/50 mix of local Spaniards and other nationalities with very little overt commercialisation as is common in PdC so that made a nice change. Would definitely return. Great communication from the owners.

Our 2nd stay at Casa Sahana. Cannot fault the property at all. Lovely and clean and everything you need-is really a home from home. Dianne (the owner) provides good communication throughout. Tias itself is a quiet village with everything you need and only a short distance from the airport (10 mins). We used the bus service to go into Puerto Del Carmen -runs on the hour from outside the Charcon store. €1.40 each way. Cannot recommend highly enough. We did plan to book again for next year-but the dates are not available due to the growing popularity!
