This lovely finca has a light and airy living room, with fabulous mountain and sea views. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances. There are two cosy bedrooms in the main finca with the master bedroom having a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a family bathroom with bath tub and separate large walk-in shower.

From the living room, patio doors lead out to the completely private sunbathing terrace. There is a wooden pergola giving some welcome shade over the large dining table and gas BBQ, giving you the delight of dining alfresco. Also outside you will find the mature traditional Canarian garden, which also has a separate sheltered seating area with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

From the terrace there are external stairs leading to the third bedroom, which is a separate self-contained part of the house. The bedroom can be twin beds or coupled as a super king, en-suite shower room and a small balcony, as well as a kitchen area. Handy for giving some adult guests peace and quiet from the younger members of the group!

There is a vast gated and private area to the front of the property which is ideal for the children to play.

Casa Playa Negra is the perfect base for a family holiday or romantic getaway. Its convenient location just a short distance to the LZ-2 roundabout above Puerto Calero means you are able to easily access the fabulous marina in just five minutes. There are a host of great bars and restaurants there. You can also access the southern resort of Puerto del Carmen in around 10 minutes and the amazing surfing beaches in the north of the island in just half an hour.

For the energetic, there are some beautiful walks from the house into the Lanzarote countryside. The hills surrounding the property can be climbed for the stunning views.

Car hire is considered necessary for stays at this villa.
