Description

Casa Veronica. This modern, well-insulated property is in a favoured area of Torre de la Horadada. It is furnished in an executive style and accommodates six with ease. Torre de la Horadada is a peaceful, relaxed village close to the sea with beautiful, safe beaches.

With supermarket, shops, bars and resturants a few moments walk from our villa, a car is not necessary.
A new restaurant/café/shopping plaza (Nueva Plaza) opened in 2018, within 3 mins walking distance from the villa.
Local buses and taxis are available for longer trips to Murcia, Cartagena and Torrevieja.
Just 15 mins by car is the modern, elegant and inviting 'La Zenia Boulevard', which encompasses over 150 shops, bars, resturants, cafés and entertainment spaces for people of all ages.

There are three bedrooms; one double and two twins. Each floor has its own luxury shower room comprising shower, toilet and basin.

Facilities include: satellite TV, free WiFi, fully-fitted kitchen including oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a gas bbq.

There is a private pool, accessible from both the kitchen and living room, together with ample terraces/gardens for sunbathing. The property is surrounded by high walls and there is a large parking space for one vehicle within the grounds.

The sandy beach is less than 300 metres away, alongside which are prominent and well-marked local cycle routes for cyclists of all abilities. Cycles for all ages can be hired locally and delivered to the property. The extensive promenade, adjacent to the beaches and the Marina, features excellent ice-cream shops (helados), together with stunning views of the tower from which the village takes its name.
