A charming detached two-bedroom air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool, set in grounds of a quarter of an acre, in rolling green countryside near the south coast of the beautiful island of Menorca.

The villa, which is attractively furnished throughout, sleeps four or five people and is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and capital, Mahon. The nearby resort of San Jaime, with the island's longest beach - Son Bou, is just a 5 minute drive away. For those seeking a peaceful and private villa holiday without being too remote, Casa Lucia offers the perfect location. There is a wonderful old farmhouse restaurant - Es Forn - just a few minutes walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants near the beach. WiFi internet access is available for clients' use, and satellite TV with UK channels.

Bookings are weekly or fortnightly with a Friday changeover, but other durations and changeover days may be possible depending on availability. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Prices are based on parties of up to 4 people, with an extra bed charged at £75 per person per week. A cot and high chair are also available at no extra charge, and we have our own hire car available for collection from Mahon airport for most dates.

There is ample car parking at the front of the house in a secure gated driveway. At the back of the house is a large patio with BBQ, sun loungers, patio furniture and umbrellas.

The villa is cleaned between lets, and all linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed on a weekly basis. We also have a second similar neighbouring villa available as an alternative.
