It is residential and quiet in a great location but minutes from the Town Centre.The apartment is ideally located approx 2. 5km from Malaga airport only 10 mins on train, Excellent train service. It is not essential to have car hire unless you intend to visit other cities

The locality of this apartment could not be better, Very near to a number of supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi and Meccadona. Plenty to do and the Resort suits all ages, For those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, Beach holiday or for the lively young energetic /Gyms/Tivoli World/Aqua Park/Markets all within easy walking distance.

Situated in a safe complex residential complex, entry by key or intercom. Local Golf courses are very near.

Car hire is not necessary unless you wish to travel the South Coast. Bus and Train stations are easy assessable and offer a very good service. Both are minutes from the apartment. For those seeking adventure or sightseeing other famous locations such as Mijas, Malaga, Neja, Marbella, can all be reached easily using transport. Torremolinos offers everything. The complex is privately owned and a good community spirit with the President living in the complex who manages the complex excellently.
Please note linen can be provided but there is a laundry charge - towels too - beach towels are not provided

t was great to return again for a 6th visit to Spain. The weather was amazing for a pre-Christmas trip and added to the experience of summer without the excessive heat for 11 days. I feel quite at ease here with a spacious apartment, great views of the sea, rise and set, and the convenience nearby of Malaga City and airport. I am happy to have a great base for travelling around,when in Torremolinos. I will keep returning - Thank you. Date of experience: 01 December 2023

Delightful Apartment

We have just come back from spending a delightful month in this apartment. It is perfectly situated for the train station and all the pubs and restaurants. A short walk into the town centre and Lidl and Aldi can easily be walked to. I would highly recommend this apartment and Avril is very very helpful.

Dates stayed: Thursday 28 September to Sunday 2 October Name: James Washington Review: The apartment was exactly what we needed. Modern kitchen and lounge, great amenities and a very nice communal pool. The cute bar beneath the apartment block had very lovely owners too. As well as this, the location was absolutely perfect. Under a 10 minute walk to the beaches, which were clean and had everything you need. The town was equally as close and was bustling, had lovely authentic restaurants and all so reasonable prices. The added bonus was how quick it took us to get to the train station and spend a day out visiting Malaga. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!
