The complex is very secure with a private entrance and boast a large well maintained pool along with a pool bar open in Spring - Summer Season, serving great food made fresh to order
It is residential and quiet in a great location but minutes from the Town Centre.The apartment is ideally located approx 2. 5km from Malaga airport only 10 mins on train, Excellent train service. It is not essential to have car hire unless you intend to visit other cities
The locality of this apartment could not be better, Very near to a number of supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi and Meccadona. Plenty to do and the Resort suits all ages, For those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, Beach holiday or for the lively young energetic /Gyms/Tivoli World/Aqua Park/Markets all within easy walking distance.
Situated in a safe complex residential complex, entry by key or intercom. Local Golf courses are very near.
Car hire is not necessary unless you wish to travel the South Coast. Bus and Train stations are easy assessable and offer a very good service. Both are minutes from the apartment. For those seeking adventure or sightseeing other famous locations such as Mijas, Malaga, Neja, Marbella, can all be reached easily using transport. Torremolinos offers everything. The complex is privately owned and a good community spirit with the President living in the complex who manages the complex excellently.
Please note linen can be provided but there is a laundry charge - towels too - beach towels are not provided

Little Gem
By J Aikins on 23-Aug-2025Had a great week in this modern clean comfortable apartment. Everything you needed was provided. All electrics and appliances worked as described by owner and communication was good. The apartment is easily accessible from station and only a short walk to the town. Would definitely book again.
DEPOSIT WRONGFULLY WITHELD
By Siobhan & Marv on 14-Aug-2025Keys posted to me from UK to Ireland. Due to no fault of owner or I keys didn't arrive.. We jumped through hoops and counted on kindness of residents of complex to get access to apt waiting almost an hr. Apt was nice. Appeared clean on 1st glance. Good modern kitchen Bedroom small and dark. Bedlinen very basic and aged. Pillows yellow from overuse Elec had to be managed from main fuseboard, tripped regularly and not always when the boiler was on, which was a problem owner had informed me about. BE AWARE - NO AIRCON my mistake for booking without checking however owner informed me in advance that she had never had a complaint about heat as they had lots of fans. There were 2 very basic noisy ineffective table fans. A previous review addressed this issue. Owner bragged about how no cleaning fee was charged so we had to clean before we left (lesson learned), this involved cleaning using undersink products that were not clearly identifiable Charged £60 for laundering of 2 sets of linen. Linen used consisted of 2 sheets, 3 towels and 6 pillowcases (to cover the yellow stains)& cleaning cloths. MAIN ISSUE owner withheld our £200 deposit and cited the reason was we didnt return key We returned the keys we received on the property but they claimed we had to return the keys they posted that never arrived to my home. Owner falsely accused us of refusing delivery of keys despite 2 trips to my postal depot and receiving track trace print out saying key not received. Eventually my deposit was returned after much time and hassle communicating with owner, however the £30 I had paid for extra set of linen was withheld and remains unreturned. I travel widely and never had such a bad exp. I was on holiday close to this apt a fortnight after this visit and the contrast of professionally managed apt with paid prompt access and no dependence on favours from friends to mange things made for a far better relaxing holiday.

I’m very sorry to hear you didn’t find your stay fully satisfactory, but I feel it’s important to clarify and respond to several inaccuracies in your review: • Key Delay: The keys were posted well in advance, but unfortunately did not arrive on time due to postal issues entirely outside both our control. I did everything possible to help you gain entry, involving local residents. You did wait, and I appreciate your patience — but this was not due to any negligence • Cleaning & Linen: The apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. You chose not to pay a cleaning fee, which meant self-cleaning before checkout – a policy I made clear in advance. The linen provided was clean and serviceable. Claims about staining and extra pillowcases were not raised during or immediately after your stay. • Electricity & Air Conditioning: The electricity tripping is a known minor issue during high usage, I disclosed. The apartment is not advertised as having air conditioning, and I informed you of that prior. Fans are provided, prior guests have managed comfortably in the same conditions. • Deposit: Your full £200 deposit was returned. after clarification. I did not falsely accuse you — I requested the return of the keys,. The postal service confirmed that the keys were refused on delivery twice after your return home, and as a result, they were never returned to me. According to the terms of your rental agreement, the deposit is not refundable until all keys are returned, yet I still chose to refund the full amount as a gesture of goodwill. You also did not follow the check-out instructions: the electricity was left running, and the fridge was left on full power with insulin still inside, causing additional issues for the next guests. There were sun cream stains all over the sofa which I had to have cleaned. After the full £200 deposit was returned, you contacted me to get some kind of refund plus compensation or implied I would receive a negative review.
Lovely apartment close to town and amenities
By Melanie on 14-Jul-2025The apartment was easy to find and lovely and clean on arrival. Good access with lift or stairs, 1st floor. Very clean, new kitchen, well stocked with equipment. Oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Good bathroom with washing machine if needed. Comfortable bed, one fair sized bedroom with plenty of closet space. Nice seating area in lounge/dining area. Lovely aspect with big windows. Very clean pool and bar area downstairs which provided food at reasonable cost if you wanted a snack. Car parking was available in the college opposite, but it was during Spanish holiday so I suspect if the college is being used you may have to enquire, but good parking space out on the street. Most evenings we walked into the centre where bustling shops are open till late, entertainment on every corner and good food. The walk down to the beach is lovely. Overall we had great experience, the apartment had good security and it was clean and tidy on arrival. Avril the owner was helpful throughout the booking. Would recommend.
Beautiful Stay as always

Brilliant location just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and bars and the hustle and bustle of San Miguel. Swimming pool area is quiet and clean. Apartment has all the facilities needed and the host is extremely helpful. We will be back again!!

Lovely relaxing stay in Torremolinos
By Sarah Kilmer on 09-Aug-2024We stayed at Victoria del Sol. Apartment was modern and clean and perfect for a couple, everything you need. Great location as short walk to the centre and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Host was extremely. helpful and lovely. We will be staying again !
