1 bedroom apartments is ideally located just moments for the town Centre of Torremolinos with plenty of bars/restaurants/cafes all within minutes walking from the apartment. he apartment is modern bright sunny and contemporary offering a sea view and wall to wall windows so is bright and south facing - great views . A well maintained apartment with a fully functional open plan kitchen, microwave cooker, Hob. location big fridge freezer and granite work tops. Tiled flooring throughout. No W/M

The complex is very secure with a private entrance and boast a large well maintained pool along with a pool bar open in Spring - Summer Season, serving great food made fresh to order. It is residential and quiet in a great location but minutes from the Town Centre.

Beautiful sandy Beach is walking distance down steps and takes around 8 minutes to walk there is also a lift going up and down.
The locality of this apartment could not be better, Very near to a number of supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi and Macadona. Plenty to do and the Resort suits all ages, for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, Beach holiday or for the lively young energetic /Gyms/Tivoli World/Aqua Park/Markets all within easy walking distance.
It is not necessary to hire a car due to the location of this apartment as bus and train stations are all within easy walking distance. So for those seeking adventure or sightseeing other famous locations such as Mijas, Malaga, Neja, Marbella, can all be reached easily using transport. Torremolinos offers everything. The apartment is ideally located approx 2. 5km from Malaga airport only 10 mins on train, Excellent train service. It is not essential to have car hire unless you intend to visit other citie.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (lift or a few steps). Modern sunny spacious lounge with sea views, modern functional kitchen. Lovely bathroom. It boasts a large well maintained swimming pool with poolside bar open in seasons serving food to order. Situated in a safe complex residential complex, entry by key or intercom. A well maintained block .

The complex is privately owned and a good community spirit with the President living in the complex who manages the complex excellently.
Please note linen can be provided but there is a laundry charge - towels too - beach towels are not provided

Great week in a lovely spacious apartment. Very clean and tidy and all linen and plenty of towels provided. Sea view and pool view great and very relaxing. We loved the resort and had lovely weather considering it was February. This apartment is very convenient to get into Malaga town. Communication with owner was excellent and my deposit was returned within a couple of days of my return. Looking forward to going again in September, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book.

Wonderful Holiday

The apartment was excellent great situation and within walking distance of the town. The quiet location means that you can enjoy the peace of this beautiful apartment but if you want entertainment that is within your reach. Apartment has everything you needed my family and me have had a marvellous holiday. Avril the owner is so lovely helped us with the area and where to go above and beyond her duty many thanks you are a star and we will return very soon.

Lovely Quiet Apartment

he apartment is situated in a quiet residential block about 5 minutes from the main town area of Torremolinos. Peaceful but close enough to walk to everywhere. the Beach is about 10-15 minutes walk down a long flight of steps. Beach and Promenade are beautiful with a vast choice of Bars, Cafes, Restaurants and Shops. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The contact and information provided by Avril before i went was superb and made life very easy. Highly recommended for singles, couples and small families.

Beautiful place to be

'm coming here since a few years and I love the apartment and the people around. You have everything you need and even more. The apartment is quite big and very bright because of all the windows. It's has a big dinning table in the living room where you can have your dinner with friends or family. In the evening or even during the day you can relax on the balcony and watch the sea. The beach is just a ten minutes walk away but there is a nice swimming pool and bar as well. For you want to go to the center of Torremolinos it's just a ten minutes walk away. In total I can say I enjoying staying here every time and that's the reason why I'm coming here again. In case you need something the landlord are always very friendly and helpful and makes your staying as comfortable as possible.

Amazing Sunrise

I continue to be impressed by this apartment for great sunrises. Allowing access to beach in minutes and the city too. This was my fifth stay and a lone traveller I like the location central to Town and a great Base for travelling the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is modern clean and well equipped and I particularly love the wall to wall windows offering a sea view and great outlook along with smell of lemon and orange groves outside the window. Transactions are always prompt and keys deposits - no problems. I have recommended this to a number of friends. Will I return - most definitely again later this year! Malaga airport is only 15 minutes - could not be easier definitely 5 Stars from me *****

Could not have made a better choice ! Perfect

I booked 1 week in the beautiful apartment which was just as described on the Website. We arrived to find the apartment spotless and very well maintained to a high standard. It was absolutely perfect. I was delighted with my stay and the resort. The whole process was simple and well organised, very professional from my payment and receiving back my deposit promptly! the owner was pleasant and went beyond her duty in ensuring our stay was perfect, to the extent I felt very relaxed to text on recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. Thank you for all your help in making my holiday ‘Perfect’. This was my first visit to Torremolinos and I was not too sure what to expect, I would most definately book this apartment again. I was dubious of booking through websites but After a long discussion with the owner I immediately felt at ease. My only regret was ,that I wished I had booked 2 weeks not 1, unfortunately the apartment was booked out. . I shall be back again in the very near future ! If your squandering like I was - don’t think twice - to summarise this apartment in one word it would be ‘Perfect’. and yes I would recommend it to my family and friends.

We totally recommend this flat, lovely, bright and spacious living room, sea side view, 1st floor in a clean building...Lovely open plan kitchen, with all functional appliances, cutlery, pots/pans for stay at home cooking amateurs:) Large extendable sofa in living room, big glass dining table, near to a whole wall sized sliding window. Kitchen, toilet and shower room were spotless. The same all other areas in the flat. Quite large pool in the building's court, to cool down in the mid-day, or relax after a whole day at the beach, and after a tasty diner to the restaurant nearby the pool... We had a wonderful, relaxing, great time in our holidays, we can't wait to return, and definitely choose the same location! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

We loved everything! easy to find and very convenient location close to train station. The beach is a pleasant and short stroll down idyllic steps, and the pool areas were always very clean and never crowded. The apartment itself has everything you will need, it was clean and quiet and felt very secure. All imaginable services very close, shops, restaurants. Highly recommend and would revisit!

This flat is amazing! it's wonderfully furnished and I think has been recently done up. It has a pool downstairs and a cafe bar restaurant in the complex as well. The chef made us a fabulous dinner, fresh fish and chips! Description accurate and the property was clean and well looked after. The owner couldn't do more for us. I have recommended this place to everyone who wants to listen! Malaga is only a short train journey away and has a lot to offer travellers. This is a great place - highly recommended!

If your looking for a quiet relaxed holiday with the lovely locales then look no further. This apartment is so centrally located and yet away from all the hustle and bustle of busy holiday towns. We had a great holiday with our family here and the owner of the restaurant below was a wealth of information. They serve very good food at a very reasonable cost. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. I have read the slightly negative review and whilst I do recognise some of their comments the pluses far outweigh the negatives. I hope to return here soon as it has been one of my favourites holidays. Hetty Dorman

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean and immaculate the apartment looked it was also beautifully furnished. The owner of the apartment was always on hand if I needed any assistance with public transport, shopping, restaurants etc and was always very pleasant.I managed to travel to Fuengirola (Market day) and Marbella on local buses which were quite close by (10-12 min walk) and very good value for money. Below the apartment there is a small pool and café/bar restaurant which on Sunday makes an amazing paella for only a few euros. Overall this apartment was a great place to stay for a week and I will definitely be booking this again in September 2016. On returning from my holiday my deposit was refunded swiftly and safe transaction. All in all it was a great apartment and great holiday.

Apartment was in a good location, nice and central. Pool cleaned daily and bar downstairs very handy. Paella sundays are definitely worth a visit. Weather was very warm whilst we were there which meant bedrooms were very warm at night due to lack of air con in the apartment, but that's just our preference / unusually hot weather i think. Would return if visiting area again. Owners service was good and was able to rectify issues quickly as was also in torremolinos whilst we were there.

great location very large modern apartment clean and well maintained. close to train station bus station supermarkets and restaurants .ten minute walk to san Miguel street will definitely be going back great customer service from owner Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
