Villa 'VORAMAR' is located on beautiful La Mata Beach - 40 minutes’ drive south of Alicante airport.
Located - Beach Front with a magnificent private pool. Wake up to see the sun rising over the Mediterranean from your bedroom windows, literally 30 seconds walk to the water’s edge of beautiful La Mata beach, and minutes from local restaurants and beach huts. Make the most of free Wi-Fi Internet throughout.
Air con for summer and underfloor heating for cooler months.
The villa is set in an exclusive gated urbanisation of only 8 houses with 2 x allocated parking spaces there is no need to battle for beach parking. Alternatively, just ask and we can arrange airport Transfers for you.
La Mata town centre is a pleasant 15 minutes’ walk along the beach boardwalk for shopping, local Spanish restaurants, supermarket, banks, & street markets.
The local town of Torrevieja has bowling, go-carting, cinema, restaurants and the Habaneras shopping centre. Also, there is a night market down by the marina, waterpark and fun-fair. La Mata beach has pedalos / banana / flying sofa for hire on the beach in summer.
Boasting 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor hot/cold shower, a pool shower and an additional toilet. With extensive outdoor space over-looking the beautiful private pool and panoramic views of La Mata Beach and the Mediterranean Sea, Voramar is perfectly situated.
With air conditioning through-out. The villa has everything you need including a filtered ice making fridge/freezer, (additional large fridge /freezer in the bar) 2 big screen TV’s, multiple air-con units, Gas BBQ, choice of outdoor eating areas, and a large indoor dining table that comfortably seats 12.
Only minutes’ walk to all local amenities - shops, bars, supermarkets with a good selection of beach front restaurants, or beach bars for those requiring the more casual refreshments! You can sit and enjoy a cold drink / tapas with your feet in the sand! or try one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk.
If you can drag yourself away from the Private Pool, there is also a very enjoyable Aqua Park a short drive away or catch the local bus to the 'traditional Spanish Town’ of Torrevieja. (15 minutes away)
For a day trip Historic cities such as Cartagena, Murcia, Guadalest and Albacete are within 30-60min drive.

Balance 75% Due 60 Days Prior to Check-In + £800 Refundable Security Deposit
CANCELATION POLICY
• Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
• You are recommended to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that means you are unable to stay at the villa.
• Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM

• Cleaning / Linen Fee (Payable in Cash on Arrival) €200
• Power consumption during stay over 250KWH per week will be deducted from security deposit at current market rate.
• Cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the outdoor BBQ. Please leave the BBQ in the same condition as you found it. There is a charge of €30 for our cleaners to clean it.
• Bank charges for the return of the deposit will be at the guest’s expense..

By Eva Koggdal on 20-Sep-2025Very nice house and super close to the sea. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of seating for eating and socializing for 10 people. The pictures describe the apartment very well. Nice pool. Very good communication with the owner.
Perfect stay
By Helen Hunt on 13-Sep-2025We are a group of 6 ladies that go to Spain every year and this has to be the best villa we have stayed in. Perfect location. Perfect size so we all had our own space. Normally we find we are having to move stuff around to suit our needs but not with this one. It’s got everything you need and very well equipped. Perfect location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket with 2 within 10-15 min walk. We always do a big shop to be delivered for main shop then just do top ups for bread etc so ideal with shop being within pleasant walking distance. We enjoyed it that much that we have pencilled in to go back (never done that before). Communication is excellent with the owners. Nice touch that if you leave food &/or drink they give this to food bank as well as any toiletries left over, Rather than going in the bin
Fantastic stay
By The Moore’s on 23-Aug-2025From the start of the initial enquiry right through to been collected for our flight home was fantastic. Matt was so helpful, always answered any questions promptly. We was a family of eleven age 3 upto 59 the villa is suitable for all ages. The comfort of the villa was excellent, beds pillows the huge sofas. The cleanliness was top notch. The pool was amazing cleaned regularly. Loads of seating area’s sun lounges. Pool toys. Beach chairs & umbrellas to take across to the beach, literally 2 minutes walk across it’s outstanding. The kitchen was brilliant all good quality pans etc. The area is lovely we felt very safe no drunken yobs lovely restaurants and beach bars. The villa also offers airport transfers which we used and was great even took us through to departures and checked which area we needed to go to. The property manager was very thorough taking us round on arrival explaining how to work things etc. Don’t hesitate to book it’s worth it, I hope to return again one day it’s 💯 worth it. Well done to all. Thankyou Matt for a wonderful stay.
Lovely place to stay
By Liz Goodall on 26-Jul-2025Just returned from a week at the villa. Great villa in a great location. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Matt was very helpful throughout the booking process. Also Uwe was a great help whilst we were there. We all enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of pool toys, sunbeds etc. We didn’t have a car but there was secure covered parking if required. Would highly recommend the Villa.
Amazing Villa
By Marie Prior on 19-Jul-2025The villa was excellent and the perfect location. It was clean and offered everything you could possibly need. Everything was comfortable and the pool was fantastic. It was right opposite the beach, restaurants and bars were in walking distance along with the supermarket. A car is not essential but would be useful if you wanted to explore more and there is parking on site. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning!
A family holiday at a beachside villa

Matt was extremely helpful to us before our stay, the pictures do not do it justice, would highly recommend it. Everyone had a ball !!!!
