Villa 'VORAMAR' is located on beautiful La Mata Beach - 40 minutes’ drive south of Alicante airport.

Located - Beach Front with a magnificent private pool. Wake up to see the sun rising over the Mediterranean from your bedroom windows, literally 30 seconds walk to the water’s edge of beautiful La Mata beach, and minutes from local restaurants and beach huts. Make the most of free Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

The villa is set in an exclusive gated urbanisation of only 8 houses with 2 x allocated parking spaces there is no need to battle for beach parking. Alternatively, just ask and we can arrange airport Transfers for you.
La Mata town centre is a pleasant 15 minutes’ walk along the beach boardwalk for shopping, local Spanish restaurants, supermarket, banks, & street markets.
The local town of Torrevieja has bowling, go-carting, cinema, restaurants and the Habaneras shopping centre. Also, there is a night market down by the marina, waterpark and fun-fair. La Mata beach has pedalos / banana / flying sofa for hire on the beach in summer.

Boasting 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor hot/cold shower, a pool shower and an additional toilet. With extensive outdoor space over-looking the beautiful private pool and panoramic views of La Mata Beach and the Mediterranean Sea, Voramar is perfectly situated.
With air conditioning through-out. The villa has everything you need including a filtered ice making fridge/freezer, (additional large fridge /freezer in the bar) 2 big screen TV’s, multiple air-con units, Gas BBQ, choice of outdoor eating areas, and a large indoor dining table that comfortably seats 12.

Only minutes’ walk to all local amenities - shops, bars, supermarkets with a good selection of beach front restaurants, or beach bars for those requiring the more casual refreshments! You can sit and enjoy a cold drink / tapas with your feet in the sand! or try one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk.

If you can drag yourself away from the Private Pool, there is also a very enjoyable Aqua Park a short drive away or catch the local bus to the 'traditional Spanish Town’ of Torrevieja. (15 minutes away)
For a day trip Historic cities such as Cartagena, Murcia, Guadalest and Albacete are within 30-60min drive.

Amazing, just amazing!!!

Right from the start the process was brilliant. Ryanair changed departure time so lost a day and delays at the airport over 2 hours but Uwe was there for us when we landed. The villa exceeded expectations and was perfect location for everything. The pool was a massive hit and the beach on yoir doorstep. Couple of things that will help those visiting... 1. The supermarket is a walk of 10 to 15 mins (Dialprix) or taxi if want slightly larger one. However, both have an app and deliver straight to the door no issues. We used this service and was brilliant. 2. Out the front there is a cupboard full of inflatables, balls, snorkel etc. We added to this as well. 3. There is a Churros and waffle van of an evening til late and is amazing. Walk to the right and the end of the walkway up the small hill and he is there. 4. There are lots of electeic scooters around. Download the app and locate to use. 5. Read the welcome book its very useful. Other than that we will be booking to come back 100%.

Lovely Spacious House in great location

There were 8 adults, 1 child and 2 babies and there was plenty of room to socialise. in the lower ground floor was a triple room and a single room with communal area and a bathroom. On the first floor were 4 double rooms with 2 bathrooms. plus another loo in ground floor and 2 outdoor showers for finding sand and sun lotion off. 3 outdoor dining areas (1 with BBQ which is where we had breakfasts)1 indoor dining area and plenty of lounge space and a bar area. Also extremely well equipped kitchen. There was a trolley on wheels to use for shopping at the supermarket which was useful. Sandy beach, restaurants and bars were no distance at all. We had a great time.
