Description
No. 5 Balcon Heights is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located at Peñoncillo Playa, Torrox on the Costa Del Sol. It is about 60kms east of Malaga and a 45 minute drive from the airport.Located 7kms west of Nerja and only a ten minute walk to the beach where there are numerous beach bars and chiringuitos. The property is air-conditioned and has a large terrace overlooking the main communal swimming pool and gardens with magnificent Mediterranean plants and has a stunning view out to sea. There is also a second communal swimming pool on the urbanisation.
Decorated to a very high standard, with a lounge/dining area leading out onto to the terrace which can also be accessed through the two bedrooms. There are two leather two seater sofas, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit, TV with English channels and free Wi-Fi access, perfect for those who need to balance work with leisure time.
There is a well equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 sleeps two people in separate beds and also has air conditioning.
BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE FITTED WARDROBES.
The terrrace has a table, chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and a BBQ.

There is also a parking space available for your use.
Airport transfers, a welcome pack, beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be arranged on request for an additional cost.
We do not accept stag/hen parties or animals..
Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
Towels and bed linen are all supplied within the rental price, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly.

By McFarlane’s on 20-Sep-2025The three of us absolutely loved our stay in Torrox. The apartment was well suited to all our needs. The beds comfortable. The space was a perfect size. We had easy access to the pool which was excellent. It was easy to walk into town, and the busses were easy to navigate. The accomodation overall was excellent and perfect for us. We would love to stay again.

A lovely place to stay
By Joe Whittle on 05-Aug-2025We have just got back from a lovely week, the apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed! The swimming pool was great and the kids spent so much time learning to swim in it! The local beach was lovely just a short walk away and we especially loved Pepe oros for lunch and a drink! We will be back to visit again for sure!

Our stay at Balcon Heights No 5 June 2025
By Steven Jack on 22-Jun-2025We stayed at this apartment for a week and loved it Its a spacious clean apartment in a quite area with a choice of two pools, however the one directly behind has some shade to lay under The grounds are well kept and the pool wasn't busy during our week The apartment has everything you need to self cater and large supermarkets are not far away The bed was very comfortable and there is A/C in the bedroom and living room - we only used the double room so cant comment on the 2nd bedroom We don't tend to watch Tv on holiday but the majority of UK channels are available The underground car park is a great bonus, but it is tight to manoeuvre so be careful, best to have someone else to assist if you have a large car. The walk down to the beach is not long but rather steep so something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues especially in the heat of summer
Idyllic location, lovely views of the sea
By A Webster on 24-Oct-2024We stayed here with our 3 children for 9 days. The complex itself is very nice with pretty gardens, a large pool and spectacular views of the sea. There are a number of beach restaurants in walking distance (uphill on the way back but worth it for the views!) and Torrox itself is either a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. There are also nice walks from the apartment up into the hills. Torrox has a long promenade with lots of cafes, restaurants and a few supermarkets. The location is also a short drive from Nerja - nice to be nearby if you want somewhere busier and more restaurant choices but also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle in a quieter setting and be able to listen to the sound of the sea at night. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils, outdoor furniture for the patio and a BBQ. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom could actually sleep 4 with two sharing the double size bottom bunk. As well as plenty to do in the area, it makes a good base for day trips to Malaga and Granada.

By Emma London on 03-Aug-2024We stayed in the property as a family of 4 (kids 8 &12), in Aug 2024 and had a fabulous time. The property is well maintained, clean, and accurately described in the brief. It has amazing views from the very large terrace, stretching out over the med. The pool was fab, my 2 boys loved it, it's huge and didn't ever get too busy in the height of summer. The apartment is in a great location, easy to walk to the beach (although very hilly but my kids were fine) and the beach bars at penoncillo were fabulous. We had a great stay and would happily go back.
