The spacious lounge and dining area lead out to a large 40sqm sun terrace which provides the 'wow' factor. The terrace has a dining area BBQ and sun loungers and has sun from sun rise to sun set but also has a shaded area if time out of the sun is needed. The terrace has a 180 degree panoramic views which stretch along the coast from Cabopino all the way down to Gibralter. The terrace also looks directly over the large communal pool and gardens. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, situated in very secure and gated complex and reached by elevator from the secure garage'. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to Cabopino Marina and the wonderful Cabopino Beach where numerous restaurants and bars are situated. (The walk to and from Cabopino does include a gradual hill so might not be best suited for the less able) The area has a number of local golf courses including Cabopino golf course which is a short walk away.
With easy access to Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus either by car, taxi or the regular bus service

By Joan Steane on 19-Apr-2018The apartment was exactly as described, it was absolutely spotless and really well equipped. It was actually larger that it appears in the pictures. The terrace was beautiful and huge. We spent most of our time sunbathing and taking in the gorgeous views from the balcony. It was really private and very quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. The information from the owner on booking was fab too, he sent lots of great info on the local area so we could plan our trip before we arrived. The location is great with Cabopino port within walking distance and the beach is superb.
12D St Andrews Cabopino
By Steve Snow on 22-Oct-2018We have stayed in a few 'family sized' apartments on the Costa Del Sol but this was by far the best. It is very spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. The terrace itself is a fantastic size enabling the whole family (5 of us) to sit and relax together and eat together at the table without feeling cramped and the views are stunning. The complex is lovely and clean with well kept gardens and pool area. The staff who work around the complex were friendly and welcoming. The terrace overlooks the pool and this was a huge bonus as we could keep an eye on the children whilst relaxing in the afternoon sun. The area is lovely and quiet but easily accessible. If you really want to go out and about we would recommend a car and the underground car park is a bonus. If you know Cabopino as we do, this is the place for you. If you don't know Cabopino you are missing out. We will be staying again here next year and just can't wait.

It is very clean, well maintained and with excellent facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, fibre-optic internet). The location and views from the apartment are stunning. We spent most afternoons sitting on the balcony sunbathing and admiring the seascape. The walk to Cabopino marina takes 15 minutes (down hill) and it is easy to get a taxi to take you back up the hill - particularly if you have enjoyed a few cocktails at Jorgies or Brians. The owner offers a personal approach to customer service which is refreshing and not at all intrusive. This apartment is perfect for those who want a relaxing base, close enough to the centre, but far enough away from any unwelcome distractions. Highly recommended.
