Casa Alexandra is fully modernised family villa and has everything you could want for a fun & relaxing family holiday. 4 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a family shower room, dining for up to 14 people and fully equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen's in a relaxing rural setting. Rock climbing, hiking and mountain biking are all on your doorstep.
Exterior Features & Activities Include:
Private heated swimming pool, landscaped garden, pool table, table tennis & badminton, outdoor kitchen, mountain bikes. Beautiful country walks in a conservation area are just outside the gate.
Fantastic beaches are just 40mins drive or Relax with family & friends, explore historic Xativa town.

All of our beds are super comfy and the linen of high quality. Air-Con in each bedroom and the main living space makes your holiday comfortable in the hight of the summer heat.
The Villa:
The living room features a large bright space with large sliding doors onto a balcony with lush green mountain views, tastefully decorated and furnished. A huge super comfortable sofa which seats up to 10 people. There's an armchair, matching coffee table, cabinet and TV stand upon which a sits a 55" Smart TV with full WIFI access to Netflix and a wealth of other online media as well Amazon Prime and British Freeview. We've an extensive DVD library, a PS4 games system with 12 games available - or even bring your own!
The dining and kitchen area gives a spacious open plan feeling. The dining table seats 10 people with an open plan kitchen that generously comprises all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob as well as all the cutlery, kitchen utensils and glassware you will need. Honestly, the kitchen has everything including 3 different coffee makers!
The Bedrooms:
The master comprises a super king size bed, tastefully fitted wardrobe with bedside tables an ensuite shower room, air conditioning and blackout blind.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, built-in fitted wardrobe, side tables, air conditioning and blackout blind.
Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids or those who don't mind sharing. A fitted wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside tables provide storage and the room can either be 1 super king bed or 2 single beds and also has air conditioning and a blackout blind.
Bedroom 4 has en-suite bathroom and can sleep up to 5 people. There is a king size bed and 3 single beds or 5 single beds - perfect for a family or a group of kids.
This room also has air-condition. It also provides extra privacy from the main area upstairs making it ideal for those within the group to find a little more privacy.
**Although Casa Alexandra is set over two levels, this spacious villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the same level as the kitchen, living room and garden making in ideal for guests who may have mobility issues or use wheel chairs.
Summer Room & Exterior:
To the rear of the Villa is the summer room, where you find a huge book case of holiday reading, a table and chairs and our high quality pool table. Needless to say this is great entertainment for the whole family. Large double doors then open out onto the patio and garden area.
Perfect for al fresco dining, surrounded by mountains and looking out onto a lovely landscaped garden that is just great for kids, the exterior of the property features a well maintained 10 x 5 metre swimming pool as it's centrepiece along with a BBQ outdoor kitchen with Pizza oven and all the outdoor furniture one would expect for a group of up to 14 people.
There is also a full size table tennis table complete with four bats and loads of spare balls, this and a huge selection of DVD's is just perfect to keep everyone entertained.
And now we have our amazing table football as well which will certainly keep the children entertained!
We have up to 4 Mountain bikes as the villa is situated next to some some fantastic mountain biking routes but do please enquire as we don't advise cycling in the summer heat.

By Celeste on 24-Jun-2025Incredible two weeks in a relaxing, cozy environment with gorgeous views! Exceeded our expectations with so much to do at the house - beautiful private pool, numerous board + video games, plus yard space for playing badminton or soccer! Also so many sights nearby to see - walking to Xàtiva castle and around the historic town, hiking/biking trails right from the home, visiting nearby Anna and seeing 3 amazing waterfalls! It's the perfect homebase to do nothing and just read by the pool or go out to explore València, Gandia and other towns with castles, wineries and so much rich history. Kitchen is very well stocked with all you need - we found Aldi was easiest market to get in/out with easy parking vs downtown. We are so forever grateful for Alex & Isi sharing their space! So many memories to last a lifetime!! Some of those include simply driving to the villa and navigating narrow cobblestone streets for the first time - quite an adventure, best done in daylight! Thank you so much!
Great place for families!

Nothing was missing: swimming pool at a good temperature, barbecue, pizza oven, pool, badminton, table tennis, board games, PlayStation with many games, football cage, ball, pool mattress, air conditioning in all rooms, comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen... The owner is very friendly (several message exchanges) and Debbie, the housekeeper, welcomed us very well. We'll probably go back.
Wonderful Experience

The air conditioning in the rooms was great, kept everything cool and comfortable, which made a big difference. It truly felt like a two-week holiday, even if it was shorter. Very relaxing and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect close to everything we needed but still quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! The bbq, pizza oven and the kitchen was amazingly equipped! Absolutely Amazing

Definitely recommend for anyone searching for peace and tranquillity. hiking routes (several different ones with amazing views and tranquillity of nature) next to the house and everything was perfect. With or without kids, anyone seeking peaceful experience and possibility to hike in the beautiful nature, Alex's place has got you covered. Thank you Alex & Isi. You guys are fantastic.
Great Stay!
By Dawn Winter on 25-Oct-2024We had a great stay at the villa. It is remote, not much to do around the area, which was perfect for us, lovely days by the pool, nice walks round the surrounding hills. A very well equipped kitchen and Deb, who manages the house, was so helpful. Alex was responsive proving lots of advice and guidance making sure we knew everything we needed to make the most of our time there. GREAT! I just thought I'd add - for those reading the review, that the house is not 'remote' as in isolated in the middle of nowhere. The villa is in Bixquert which a high populated area with lots of houses and many neighbours close by. The beautiful Xativa Town is a 12 minute car ride away. Activities directly outside the front gate involve nature walks, cycling, rock climbing. Many thanks once again, I just wanted to clarify that point. Many kind regards, Alex and Isi
The House is Fantastic!
By Debbie Ras on 25-Aug-2024We rented the house for 8p. The house is fantastic! Very spacious swimming pool, many facilities (bbq, pizza oven, pool table, table tennis). Communication with Alex (about the house) and Debbie (for local tips) went very smoothly and friendly. The only thing is that it is a bit remote, a narrow road to it. To the shop is about 15 minutes by car. So think carefully what you need ;-) That wasn't an issue for us in itself. In short: more recommended!!
