Spacious Duplex Penthouse with Roof Terrace, Pool and Mountain Views
The main bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower over and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has twin beds (which can also be made up as a king-size on request at the time of booking) and its own Juliet balcony with pool views. This bedroom is located next to the family shower room.
The large open-plan living and dining area seats six guests comfortably. A sofa bed in the lounge easily sleeps two additional guests. From here a Juliet balcony overlooks the Sierra Nevada mountains and surrounding countryside.
The apartment is set in peaceful surroundings making it ideal if you need to work while away. There is space to set up a workstation and an extension lead with USB charging ports is available for use on the terrace. Fast WiFi is provided free of charge and there is good mobile reception.
The separate well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, electric hob, full-size oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dresser is stocked with plenty of crockery and cutlery for easy self-catering.
The highlight of B41 is the fabulous roof terrace. Furnished with high-quality wooden furniture, it includes a large dining table for six, sun loungers, a hammock, parasol and a traditional barbecue. The terrace offers superb views of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the landscaped gardens, pool and the illuminated Moorish castle at night.
The community grounds have been carefully designed to reflect the area’s Nasrid history with palm and orange trees, fountains and water channels lit at night creating a tranquil Moorish garden feel. The gated pool area includes a separate children’s pool and is open daily from 10:00–22:00 (1 May – 1 October). A lifeguard is on duty in the summer months.

**The Location**
Vélez de Benaudalla is a traditional whitewashed Andalusian village with a Moorish centre and historic springs. The village is peaceful with no through traffic yet offers tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, banks with ATMs and a small Monday market – all within a short flat walk from the apartment.

The location of the property is perfect, the area is very quiet and the mountain view from the fantastic terrace is beautiful. The house is well equipped with everything you need, the pool is lovely and peaceful. We had excellent communication with Sarah the owner, who provided us with lots of suggestions of places to visit and Restaurants to eat in. Cant wait to come back to visit the village and the friendly locals.

The PERFECT apartment! Very spacious, very clean and extremely comfy beds! Had the best weeks sleep I’ve had in a long time! To add to the perfection, there are incredible views of the mountains from the first floor and the beautiful terrace! We will most definitely be back!

Sarah’s place is very cozy and looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and tidy on arrival, few hiccups were solved very fast and with clear communication. The pool is very easy to access, it is big and have a nice green area with shadow to sit and relax, read a book or just get a tan. The recommendations were excellent, specially the food places, 100% follow the recommendations

Great stay! Townhome nice, comfortable, well-equipped for cooking, w/ plenty of beds (sofa bed great). Home feels personal, which has pros (well-stocked) & cons (family photos, limited space). Beautiful terrace w/ castle view & dining set. Great location for exploring Costa Tropical beaches & Granada. Quiet community, w/ beach gear provided. Host kind, responsive, & left a thoughtful welcome gift.
