Situated in charming Samoëns, just 5 minutes walk from the centre, L’Ancienne Scierie or the Old Sawmill is perfect for your Winter or Summer mountain getaway.The accommodation can sleep 6/8 guests. It comprises of a large lounge with log burner, dining area, fully stocked kitchen and 3 double bedrooms upstairs plus two bathrooms (one ensuite).
Outside there is a deck with a jacuzzi and small garden along with storage space downstairs for bikes and skis.
There is private parking for two cars and the ski bus stop is 50 metres from the house.
The apartment is in a peaceful location, making it ideal for holidays at all times of the year. There are stunning mountain views, and it is just a short walk into the historic village of Samöens with its numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Please note there is a 4 night minimum stay apart from February when the minimum is 6 nights.

I was alone for some of the time, but felt very safe; my visitors, most of whom are new to the alps in summer have also fallen for everything on offer: the fabulous walking, some straight from the door, the facilities such as the municipal pool (great in the very warm weather we've had), PLUS the comfortable, well-equipped house that L'Ancienne Scierie provides. The garden is a lovely peaceful spot to read a book or chat, the well-maintained hot tub is a delight, and everything has been wonderful. I'm already plotting my return, to do it all again...
