Description
The chalet has been designed to offer a comfortable, social place to enjoy the company of family and friends whilst also being able to find a quiet corner to relax. Located in the heart of Morzine, within easy walking distance to all facilities whilst being quietly tucked awayContemporary accommodation includes:
An open living space on the top floor with views to both Pleney and Super Morzine.
A large modern kitchen area with a seating at the island.
A large dining table area which leads on to the balcony with further table seating. Plus a comfortable inviting sofa area to relax after a long day on the mountains, with woodburner, TV, skybox, sterio system, board games.
Off the living space is a utility room with WC and washing machine.
A balcony wraps around the chalet giving you fantastic views of the mountains.
The property benefits from 5 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms on the middle floor have ensuite bathrooms. One has a double bed; one a king size bed and the third zip and link to offer a super king size bed or 2 singles. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One offers a zip and link which can create a super king size bed or 2 singles and the other a bunk bed with 4 full size single beds. The lower bunk beds can be pulled out if required. In total the chalet sleeps 12 and has 4 bathrooms plus 2 additional WC rooms.
Egyptian cotton sheets and towels are provided.
In addition to the top floor living area there is a further sitting room on the ground floor, with a large ‘curl' up sofa and large armchair - my favourite place !! I have recently added a desk area to this room to provide a quiet work space away from the main living room.
There is large boot room with ample storage for all your kit, including a heated boot rack - a real favourite if you've been playing in powder all day and your boots are soaked. Plus a WC room - there is always one who finishes putting their boots on and then needs the bathroom!!
The boat room also houses the sauna, to help get you ready for another day out on the mountains.
At the rear there is a private garden with decking and lawn. Whilst at the front and side the chalet has parking for 3 vehicles.
