The chalet is arranged over four levels, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining space at the heart of the property. A real log fire creates a warm focal point for evenings together, while large windows and doors make the most of the beautiful mountain views.

There are four comfortable king/twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, making the chalet equally suitable for families or four couples.

After skiing, guests can relax in the outdoor Nordic bath overlooking the mountains or use the private hammam. There is also a separate TV/cinema lounge, exercise area and a spacious ski room with boot dryers.

A secure garage provides parking, while the Biollay ski lift is approximately a three-minute walk away. The village centre, restaurants, bars and shops are also within easy walking distance.

Their great advantage is location. Guests have ski-in/ski-out access, while restaurants, bars, shops and the historic village centre are just a short walk away. A car is unnecessary for day-to-day skiing.

Prestige N1–N4 each sleep eight guests in four bedrooms. Prestige N5 is considerably larger and sleeps twelve guests in six bedrooms.

Prestige N1 is a particularly appealing choice for families or groups wanting ski-in/ski-out convenience together with their own private sauna.

Choose Prestige N1–N4 if your priority is maximum ski convenience. These four-bedroom apartments all sleep eight and offer ski-in/ski-out access, with the village centre and amenities close by. Each has its own layout and character, so we can help you choose the one best suited to your group.

Choose Prestige N5 if you are a larger group. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms and accommodation for up to twelve guests, it combines considerably more space with the same excellent Prestige ski-in/ski-out location.

LOCATION & SKI ACCESS

All of the properties are in Saint Martin de Belleville and offer very convenient access to the Three Valleys ski area.

Chalet Chardon is approximately a three-minute walk from the Biollay lift, allowing you to reach the skiing easily while retaining the space and privacy of a chalet.

Restaurants, bars, shops and the historic village centre are also within easy walking distance.

The Prestige apartments are built into the slope beside the Saint Martin village piste and offer ski-in/ski-out access.

Their location is exceptionally convenient for guests who want to leave the car behind and have both skiing and village life within easy reach.

A car is not necessary for day-to-day skiing from either Chalet Chardon or the Prestige apartments.
