COCHET VUE & BERNARDIE

These two spacious 3-bedroom apartments are particularly good choices for families or groups of six looking for exceptional access to the skiing in Saint Martin de Belleville.

Both put you beside the slopes and lifts, but they offer slightly different styles of accommodation. Cochet Vue is the larger apartment, with three en-suite bedrooms and an outstanding position approximately 30 metres from the Saint Martin 1 gondola. Bernardie offers a more traditional two-level Alpine apartment with a log fire, private sun terrace and ski-in/ski-out location.

Restaurants, ski hire, ski pass offices and ski school meeting points are all within easy reach, while the historic village centre can be reached on foot. A car is not necessary for skiing from either property.

Doors lead onto a private south-west facing sun terrace with views towards the surrounding mountains.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms use the family bathroom. There is also a separate WC.

Practical ski facilities include a boot heater, ski lockers just outside the apartment and a private underground garage.

WHICH APARTMENT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Choose Cochet Vue if you particularly value space, three en-suite bathrooms and being almost beside the Saint Martin 1 gondola.

Choose Bernardie if you prefer a traditional Alpine atmosphere, a log fire, private sun terrace and ski-in/ski-out access.

The different Saturday and Sunday changeover days can also be useful if your travel dates make one apartment better suited to your plans.

LOCATION & SKI ACCESS

Both apartments enjoy exceptionally convenient positions for skiing in Saint Martin de Belleville.

Cochet Vue is approximately 30 metres from the Saint Martin 1 gondola, giving extremely easy access to the lift system and onwards into the Three Valleys.

Bernardie is situated within Chalet Fruitière in a ski-in/ski-out position, with the main gondola, ski pass office, ski hire, ski school meeting points and beginner slopes close by.

Saint Martin's historic village centre, with its restaurants, bars, bakery and shops, is around a 5–10 minute walk away.

For a ski holiday, a car is not necessary at either apartment.
