Spacious villa with covered outdoor heated pool (partially retractable cover), hot tub and sauna. Terrace with barbecue and enclosed garden. 200m from shop. Beaches are just a 10min drive away.
The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of the small village of Rédené in a very popular part of southern Brittany, renowned for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages. There are numerous opportunities for hiking on marked trails from the village itself. Other activities include cycling, horse riding and more.
The property is set in a cul-de-sac and not overlooked within walking distance of a bakery, butcher, newsagent and creperie (pancake restaurant) and only 10min drive from several sandy beaches. There is a surf school 10km away offering surfing courses, canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Set in a handy location within 2min walk from the village of Rédené with local shops such as a creperie, pizzeria, bakery, butcher, small supermarket, newsagent and chemist. There is also a great little market on Friday afternoon. The nearby town of Quimperlé (6km) is easily accessible, the busy port of Lorient (20km) and also small villages such as Guidel (10km), Pont-Aven (25km) and Le Pouldu (19km), great for children with sandy stretches, coves, rock pools and some fine places to eat moules-frites are also within easy driving distance.

Check-in between 5pm-8pm. Check-out before 11am.
Included in the rent: Water and electricity (including villa and pool heating).
OBLIGATORY CHARGES PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL:
- Refundable security deposit: 600€ or £500 (cash) refunded on departure.
- Holiday tax: 1.30€ per person per day.
- End of stay cleaning included for one-week booking. 50€ cleaning fee payable locally for 2-week bookings.
OPTIONAL PRE-BOOKABLE EXTRAS, PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL:
- Bed linen and beds made up on arrival 15€ per bed.
- Towel hire 10€ per person.
- Pets 50€ per pet per week (maximum 2).
Additional 100€ refundable security deposit if taking a small pet.

The Villa was superbly equipped and ideally located within easy reach of all the major tourist areas and within a short walk of the village with its ample local amenities. We did make full use of the local Bar/Tabac, mainly due to its close proximity to the Villa, but also due to the extremely friendly welcome we experienced by the owner and her clientele. We were extremely pleased that so many of the locals would make a point of welcoming us and trying out their English in return for our limited French …. very humbling and amusing. We met the owners on arrival and they made us most welcome and showed us where everything was. We also met the husband a number of times, when he visited on Wednesdays and Saturdays to service the pool and jacuzzi. Such a lovely man and took great delight in speaking to us through Google Translate. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We contacted his wife a few days before departing to ask if she could meet us a bit earlier than planned on our day of departure, so that we could get on the road earlier, and she quickly replied and agreed, which was very much appreciated. We would also like to thank you for everything you did during the booking process, prior to arrival and contacting us whilst at the Villa. We would have no hesitation in looking to book again through you at potentially some point in the future and recommending you to other friends and family. Should we ever consider returning to the Redene area we would also have no hesitation in looking to rebook Villa Finistan.

By Kelly S on 23-May-2026We had the best time, all 11 of us. The weather was superb which I am sure helped a lot but the house was also absolutely fantastic! We met the owner there on the Saturday. He was delightful. He showed us all around and how everything worked (with the help of Google translate). The house has everything you could possibly want and more. It’s the most well equipped rental we’ve ever had. The pool is fantastic, the pictures don’t really show what a clever design it is with the cover you can have on or off. It really is a luxury accommodation, so clean and tidy. We didn’t really do much site seeing as the weather was so hot we all just enjoyed the pool and the house. Thank you so much for all your help as well in the run up to our holiday. It was so straightforward from the start! I will definitely use your company in the future.
