Beachfront holiday property with stunning sea views and direct access to a beach in front of the house. Enclosed garden. Two terraces facing the sea, sun loungers and barbecue. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, newsagent and weekly market (Monday).Set in a superb location, the villa faces the Atlantic Ocean and the Ile de Groix. This newly renovated and traditional holiday property is all about location, location, location!!!
Not only is Villa Littoral located in a wonderful setting with a beach that is right in front of the house but the beach itself is as good as private, although it is worth noting that public access is possible over the rocks of the far promontory. Access to the beach from the property is through a door located in the garden down a few steps, a bit like a hidden secret!
From the villa you can also walk to the restaurants, bars and bakery all within a 10min stroll from the house on and off along the sea front. As if this was not enough just behind the property runs the coastal path and there are lots of great walks and bikes ride to be had.
The little town of Ploemeur attracts people in search of unspoilt scenery and an ideal spot to relax and discover the hidden gems of this wonderful part of southern Brittany including a selection of lovely beaches and small coves.
The region is known for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and opportunities for hiking, biking, horse riding and more. There is a surf school 6.5km away (Fort Bloqué) or in Guidel Plage (12km) which offers courses. You can also go canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Just a few kilometres away is the main road running the along the Brittany coastline offering relatively easy access to many of the main attractions along this beautiful stretch coast including Concarneau, Pont Aven, Lorient, Auray and Vannes.

Modern kitchen with an island. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machines. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum.

EXTERIOR:
Enclosed garden (400m²). Direct access to the beach located below the property. Please note that there are no handrails for the steps leading to the beach so care must be taken when using these steps.

Terrace 1: Accessed from the living/dining room and Bedroom 1. Table, chairs, parasol and portable charcoal barbecue. Sun loungers.
Terrace 2: Accessible through the first terrace by a short path and offering stunning sea views.
Parking for three cars.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday.
Check-in between 4pm-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Check-out before 10am.

Villa Littoral
By Lindsay L on 26-Sep-2026We had a lovely holiday, thank you. It was very relaxing and restful which was just what we needed. On the whole, we liked Villa Littoral. Its position right next to the beach is wonderful and we spent a lot of time swimming and rock-pooling and looking for sea glass. We loved the secret private door to the beach. It was great to be able to walk to the boulangerie, supermarket and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and the key holder was very friendly and helpful, telling us everything we needed to know. The main drawback of Villa Littoral is that there isn’t enough comfortable seating for the 8 people that the house can accommodate. There is only 1 sofa and 2 small, uncomfortable armchairs. Even for the 6 of us, this wasn’t enough. I guess that in the summer season, guests don’t spend very much time sitting inside, but we did because of the cooler weather at this time of year. The rectangular dining table takes up a lot of space so perhaps the owners could consider a square or round table which would then free up more space for the lounge area. We own a holiday property in Cornwall which sleeps 16 people and we have made every effort to ensure there is enough comfortable seating to match. We know from guest feedback that this is appreciated. Also, 1 shower for 6 or 8 people is tricky, especially when everyone has returned from the beach. Obviously, I knew about this in advance and chose to book the house anyway because of its location. But my husband and I were quite glad that it was just the 2 of us for the second week of our holiday and we no longer had to be in a queue for the shower with our kids and their partners! The service from yourself has been excellent and you personally have been very communicative, responsive, and helpful. Thank you very much for facilitating what was a very enjoyable holiday.

The service provided by you was impeccable – you were quick to respond, friendly, informative and sorted out everything we needed. The service from the keyholder and proprietor were of an equally high standard. We met the proprietor at the beginning of our stay and she showed us around the house, explained how everything worked and took our cash deposit. At the end of our stay she returned, together with the usual key-holder and returned the deposit. They were both very friendly and informative. The house is comfortable, well-appointed and perfectly clean. What makes it really magical is the location, which is stunning – on a short cliff right over a beach and with “secret” steps down from the garden into a secluded mini bay that is almost private. The views over the coast and sea are wonderful from every room in the house and being able to pop to and from the beach and even in and out of the sea is amazing. Lomener is a delightful seaside town and the position of this house is – again – perfect. A few minutes walk from the cafes, restaurants and supermarket and the bigger beaches, not that we ever needed to visit those beaches as we had our own. We were very lucky to find the place just as someone else cancelled as I am sure it books up very quickly year after year. We would very happily stay again. To British visitors, it seems a little odd to have to bring one’s own towels, but I understand it’s not unusual in France. Many thanks for all your help – we had a wonderful holiday.

We drove straight off the ferry and arrived just after 2300. The key holder was very welcoming and patient with my limited French! We met the owner as we were leaving and she was lovely too. She explained that she had renovated the property and it was indeed lovely and clean and in great condition. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the beach and exploring the rock pools! Thank you for all your help with the booking, especially as it was last minute. The directions were really helpful, as well as the information about the local markets. We’d definitely go back to Villa Littoral. We’ve also been looking at other properties on your website to see about exploring other areas of France! Thanks again and best wishes.

I also would like to say that the owner and key holder are really lovely and always make us feel very welcome. The Villa is always spotlessly clean when we arrive and has everything we need.

By Emma B on 25-Jul-2026We had a great week here; all the boys in my family (and my inlaws) loved the proximity to the beach and went swimming in the sea several times each day. The kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. My only negative point was that the bedrooms/upstairs weren’t quite as clean as the downstairs and the cupboards/drawers for clothes in particular were quite dusty. We did have a great time though and the keyholder was friendly and helpful. I can’t fault you! It is nice to book with an actual person rather than a faceless company as it feels reassuring to know that there is someone at the end of the phone if needed. We would definitely book with you again. Thank you for a great summer holiday.

Coordination with the key holder for check in /out, and deposit, was very easy and simple to organise. Moreover the communication, payment and information provided by yourself was precise, prompt and very useful. The villa itself was excellent and had all the facilities required. The location was wonderful, and the garden was very well appointed with the necessary loungers, tables, parasols etc. Moreover the information related to appliances and recycling etc was very clear and we had no issues. Overall we were really impressed with both the property and the admin/logistics. We will definitely be interested in using you again in the future.
