Charming two-story house with a terrace, located on the outskirts of the town of Hesdin.

Visitors appreciate the French comforts, the countryside, the sandy beaches, and the World War I and medieval sites. Just over an hour's drive from the Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports, it's an ideal location for a holiday or a short break.

An excellent restaurant awaits you only 250 meters from the house. In town, a 15-minute walk away, you'll find a wide selection of restaurants to suit all budgets. Enjoy the splendid and renowned Hesdin-la-Forêt market and watch the constant flow of passersby from the cafes and bars in the square, then return home with your arms full of treats.

The town boasts a superb leisure center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides and attractions for the more active, as well as a fitness center and a spa for adults. You'll also find a bowling alley, a paddle tennis court, and a cafe-bar open in the evenings.

Arras and Lille are perfect for strolling and discovering urban culture. The town of Boulogne-sur-Mer will offer you a moment of wonder with the Nausicaa National Sea Centre, and a delicious seafood tasting at its fishing port. If you simply wish to relax, unwind in the lawned garden and admire the variety of bird species, sheep, chickens, and geese that live peacefully in the cider apple orchard bordering the tranquil Canche River. The house is spacious, warm, and welcoming.

It includes a shower room, a bathroom, and two toilets.

It has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The large living room with a fireplace serves as a dining area and lounge, and also includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.). You will find a television, DVD player, and a selection of films.

Outside, there is a charcoal barbecue and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The garden is lawned and planted with trees, and a pétanque court is available for your use.

*The site includes a second cottage with a private garden(Property P258918). It is completely independent but can be connected if you wish to rent two accommodations with a total capacity of 14 beds.

*Regarding pets, Only dogs are allowed. A variety of wildlife, including sheep, chickens, and geese, lives in the adjacent orchard.
Please pick up after your dog before you leave (a deduction will be made from your security deposit if this cleanliness rule is not followed).
Cats and other animals such as rodents and reptiles are not permitted.
Access to the orchard adjacent to your rental property is prohibited with your dog.
