Description
La Grange Montante is a holiday gite situated in the Perigourd - Limousin Regional Park, in the Dordogne region of France. The converted barn, which would ideally suit three people, but can sleep up to four, is situated in a quiet hamlet and is just 15 minutes from the town of Nontron. It is an ideal location for those who just would just like to relax. Alternatively for those who wish to be more active, within less than two hours you can access the towns of Bergerac, Cognac, Sarlat, Perigueux, Limoges and Angouleme.Our new gite comfortably sleeps two people in a double bed on the mezzanine level. However, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area, so three or four people could be accommodated. Cot and camp bed facilities are also available. There is a lounge / dining area, with TV and DVD player, Wifi, wood-burning stove, and electric radiators. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with electric hob, microwave / steam oven, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a separate fridge and freezer. There is a shower room with downstairs toilet and heated towel rail.
An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are included.
Externally there is a seating area with BBQ. Guests have exclusive use of the pool during their stay, which we fully manage for you. Free parking is available on site

A fantastic stay in the Dordogne

The gite was absolutely fantastic, beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our hosts, Tony and Gillian, were wonderful. They were so welcoming, helpful and thoughtful and nothing was ever to much trouble. The fresh figs and tomatoes were such a lovely touch and made our stay even more special. The fabulous pool and beautiful grounds were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Everything was just perfect, and we couldn't have asked for more. A huge thankyou to Tony and Gillian for making our holiday so memorable. We honestly didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this wonderful gite to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday in the Dordogne.
