Gites Boutique comprises of three cottages. The cottages date back to the 12th century and have been renovated to the highest standard using the finest materials whilst still retaining the original features. Each room has its own private bathroom, a private separate lounge and a kitchen with dining area. All the lounges have stone fireplaces with wood burners, satellite TV and Wifi. There is a Tassimo espresso coffee machine. Swim in the shared pool and relax in the jacuzzi under the stars.

The Bread Oven cottage is a large 12th century stone built cottage which has been newly renovated and refurbished to the highest standard using the finest materials. It still retains the original bread ovens. This property has three double bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a large family bathroom. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor., a double bedroom with king-size bed and a large family bathroom on the second floor. There is a further bedroom on a mezzanine area, which can be reached by an oak spiral staircase above the two original bread ovens. The lounge has satellite TV, Wifi, a sofa bed and a wood burning stove. Swim in the shared pool and sit on he terrace overlooking the pool and countryside. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is total WiFi coverage throughout the cottage all the grounds and outside terraces.

The Olive Tree Cottage is a stone built cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard. This property has two bedrooms, each a private bathroom. There is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a family bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower on the first floor. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep 2 people. All bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge has satellite TV, Wifi and a wood burning stove and has double aspect doors leading onto a private terrace with breathtaking views over the Dordogne. The other terrace overlooks the large olive tree and lavender beds and the courtyard.

The Cottage is a stone built cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard. This property has one double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room. It also has its own private lounge which has satellite TV, Wifi and a wood burning stove and a kitchen and dining area with a Tassimo coffee machine. The Cottage is a romantic place to stay for two or a couple with a baby, as we can also provide a cot. It is also ideal for an elderly couple as there are no stairs and easily accessible. There is total WiFi coverage throughout the cottage all the grounds a the outside terraces.

Swim in the shared pool and sit in the terrace overlooking the pool and countryside. Relax in the jacuzzi, change the colour of the lights to suit your mood and watch the sun set. At night admire the amazing stars in the sky and look out for the shooting stars!

There are also mountain bikes available to use on the cycle paths that lead directly from the cottage to explore the local area. There are adult and children bikes and helmets, as well as a baby seat. There is also a relaxing seating area overlooking the surrounding countryside with stunning views. There is total WiFi coverage throughout the cottage all the grounds and outside terraces.

Gites Boutique is 24km from Bergerac and 24km from the capital of the Dordogne, Perigueux, where there are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops in the beautiful cobbled streets in both of the old towns.

Guests have access to the entire house, Bread Oven Cottage, The Olive Tree Cottage or The Cottage.
