Location : The Villa is situated in the hillside village of Montignargues amidst a sea of vineyards, with the Beautiful Roman town of Nimes, the traditional market town of Uzès and the famous Pont du Gard all within 30 minutes drive. With an exceptional climate from early spring to late autumn, there is no better place to visit if a true taste of France is what you seek.
Property : WIFI ACCESS, NEW FAST BROADBAND. The villa is a modern self contained property offering every convenience. Inside, there are no stairs to overcome, all rooms are contained within the one ground floor. The villa comfortably sleeps six people (two double bedroom with air conditioning (Super King & Queen size) and one twins bedroom, with a bathroom containing twin basins, walking shower and two individually housed toilets. The twin bedroom has a fully functional working station (desk, office chair). It has a spacious newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with utility room (including washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, etc...) and large sitting room with open fireplace and air-conditioning (including flat screen smart TV with UK channels, English DVDs, Books, Board games, X-box, CD player and children toys). There are two sets of French doors which open onto the terrace and garden.
Garden : The private south facing garden is fully fenced, so no over looking neighbours and well maintained with swimming pool 9m long x 3.5m wide x 1.5m deep accessible by 3 large steps (including safety cover) and also includes a BBQ, tables and chairs and 6 sunbeds. For peace of mind, there is also secure off road parking for up to 3 vehicles in garden.

A beautiful well kept villa
By Suzanne brough on 06-Jun-2026This was our third stay at the villa over a number of years during that time there have been lots of upgrades ( new pool surround, beautiful new shutters added ) this really is a home home from home with everything supplied ,the host is an excellent communicator and nothing is too much trouble , in recent years there has also been a large new supermarket built nearby which is very handy , we spent most of our time at the villa as it was incredibly hot .The villa is very private and we would not hesitate to return in the future .
Beautiful well kept Villa
By Suzanne Brough on 06-Jun-2026This was our third stay at the villa over a number of years , a number of upgrades have been implemented during that time eg (upgraded pool surround, new shutters ) ,everything you need in a home from home, communication with owner excellent ,she is always responsive and helpful .The villa is very private and comfortable , in recent years there has also been a large new supermarket built nearby which is very handy we would not hesitate to return. Its the little things that make a difference .

A lovely well equipped house
By Nicola fenning on 22-Jul-2023The house is lovely, clean and nicely decorated with everything you could need. Very spacious with a lovely private garden. We used the pool every day and really enjoyed it. We went to Nimes, Uzés and rather than Pont du Gard, went to Collias and swam in the Gardon there, as we’ve found Pont du Gard to be quite busy on the past. We also went to the beach one day. However it was so lovely at the house, we did spend a lot of time there just relaxing.
Lovely family retreat
By Kath on 01-Apr-2023A very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa with absolutely everything you could want to enjoy a peaceful family holiday. Comfy beds, heating for cooler nights, books, board games, local maps and a great kitchen. Food shops were easy to find and within 10mins of the Villa. We had meant to do lots of site seeing but found ourselves relaxing, reading and enjoying our time ‘at home’ instead. Also, a safe and secure garden for our dog with a fantastic vet not far away who helped us with the paperwork to get her back home. We thoroughly recommend the villa as a holiday destination and have already booked our stay for 2024.
