Gascon farmhouse with large 10x5 metre pool and great views over the Gers Le Petit Rouchino, Larroque-Sur-L'osse, Occitanie, 32100, FranceI apologise for the lack of detail and abscence of reviews but they were all lost when French Conncections whom I used exclusively for advertising went bankrupt taking all my data with them Hopefully the pictures are self-explanatoy but do not hesitate to ask for any further/specifice information
Set in the heart of the so called "Golden Triangle" of Laressingle,Montreal and Fources(rated as 3 of the 100 prettiest villages in France by the French tourist board) Fources is the closest little village with shop and restaurant a 5 minute drive The delightful cathedral town of Condom is also closeby at a 10 minute drive
Donstairs One large main ensuite bedroom,one double bunk bedroom and further small bedroom Family bathroom and additional toilet dwon the corridor Upstairs 2 decent sized bedrooms with shower room and toilet across the landing Upstairs
10x 5 metres swimming pool for guests exclusive use as is of course the whole house and grounds
