Villa Acacia is a 3-bedroom villa with private pool on a well-established and pleasantly lush gated residence of similar properties. Located in the Oasis Les Jardins holiday park this peaceful villa complex is situated 5km from Les Sables d’Olonne, a lively and popular seaside resort with excellent sandy beaches and all the facilities one would expect from a holiday destination with an excellent reputation.
The family-friendly residence offers various on site facilities such as tennis court, table tennis and bike hire as well as an acclaimed restaurant.
The Atlantic coast is under a kilometre from the park, the nearest beach just 2km away and the famous Puy du Fou theme park just an hour away.

LIVING AREA: Living/dining room with TV, hi-fi, sofa, 2 armchairs. Dining table. Sliding doors lead to open furnished terrace.
KITCHEN: Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric or ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine, toaster.
BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms with double bed or narrow twin beds (80cm). The beds can be pushed together, wardrobe. View of pool or garden.

EXTERIOR: Private garden and private swimming pool with alarm. A limited number of villas have an enclosed pool. Please ask if required.

PRIVATE POOL: Pool size: 7m x 4m. Depth: 1.4m throughout. Security system: Alarm, cover or fence. Steps. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October.

OBLIGATORY CHARGES:
- End of stay cleaning: 140€.
- Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels: 30€ per person.
- Booking fee: 49€.
- Holiday tax: The amount may vary from one year to another. Please ask at the time of booking.

Refundable security deposit: 500€ (credit card or cash) refunded within one month.

- Mid stay towel change 10€ per person.

- Mid stay bed linen change with beds made up 30€.
- High chair, cot, playpen 6€ per item per night.

OTHER INFORMATION:
For 2026 pool heating is included for all stays between 25/4/26 to 26/9/26. Please note that pool heaters are subject to weather conditions, no temperature can be guaranteed. As the heating of the pool is included in the price, no refund can be made in the event of bad weather or temperatures below 10° at night.
Pool heating is available from 1/4/26 to 25/4/26 at 25€ per day and taken for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

LES SABLES D'OLONNE: 5km. This is Vendee’s best known and largest resort. With its long promenade, choice of wide sandy beaches and excellent quayside restaurants, it is a popular destination for a family seaside holiday. It has a thriving fishing port and world class marina which is the start and finish point of the prestigious Vendee Globe sailing event, a single-handed race around the world.
LE PUY DU FOU: 93km. With over 1.5 million visitors a year, Le Puy du Fou is the fourth most popular attraction in France. It is a fantastic attraction for all ages, and more than a theme park in the traditional sense. It offers a selection of wonderful historical shows ranging from Roman circus games to world-class falconry. The main show takes place in the evening on a huge outdoor stage behind the ruined castle. It tells the story of the 700 years of history in the area in the form of a memorable sound and light show.
SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE: 34km. The attractive seaside resort and fishing harbour of St Gilles Croix de Vie straddles the River Vie. The resort has a beautiful promenade lined with shops, cafes and restaurants, with rocky coves and small beaches to the north of the river mouth and the main sandy beach to the south.

Villa Acacia
By Sherrie W on 22-Aug-2026Everything went really well both with the villa and the vets, thank you. The vets was really quite simple. In terms of the villa, it was really clean. 3 out of the 4 sunbeds were in need of repair which we reported to reception and they were repaired within 24 hours, which was great. Only negative points are that the matresses on the beds could do with updating. We kept rolling off them as they were flat on one side. Also the pillows were very lumpy and in need of replacement. A couple of outside slabs need rebedding as could be a trip hazard. Reception were helpful and we had a lovely holiday apart from the weather which was mixed. One recommendation would be to add to the folder about the resort in the villa that restaurant etc information is on their website. We only realised this a couple of days before we were due to come home. I would like to thank you for all your help with our holiday in France and arranging the vets etc for us. You made it as stress free as possible for us and we would recommend to others using your services.

By Gemma T on 15-Aug-2026Communication with yourself was helpful and efficient. Providing the photos was especially helpful as it helped me ensure our family experience was the one we wanted. Check in was easy. Communications about the site were enough to get us there without overwhelming. The resort was lovely, really lovely. We didn’t use the facilities very much as we wanted to explore around. Parking was easy (and shaded), the pool was clean and re cleaned during the stay and the villa itself was clean and well looked after. Overall we would certainly stay again, it’s not in our nature to visit places twice – but we will definitely recommend the site and your service!
Acacia Villa no 74

Check in was easy, very friendly and gave us all the information we needed re pool, rubbish disposal etc. The villa was well prepared and clean in all areas. We were impressed with the space and kitchen ware, utensils etc note NO Tongs!! Fondue set pressure cooker but no tongs! Small point! The pool was very clean and a good size for us and easy to cover at night. The bathroom was dated and the shower really needs replacing but ok for the 2 of us for a week but probably enough to put us off booking this villa again. We didn’t use the bbq provided but did use the washer and dryer situated in the annex at the side. We enjoyed the week, found lots to do, supermarkets close by with a good selection of fish etc – we enjoyed cooking. Departure was easy – we left quite early to drive to Cherbourg- what a joy on French roads- not one pot hole or roadworks the whole way!

Air conditioning and a better bed double or kingsize needed for a better nights sleep. The pool and villa were great though. Easy check in. Easy to find. Had a fantastic time.
