Description
Magnificent villa with large pool and garden, near the beach. Sleeps 14+ comfortably with air-con and wifi.The villa is an exceptionally well-appointed property for the ideal family holiday on the French Riviera. Just 12 miles from Nice airport, the villa is situated in the heart of the glittering Cote d'Azur. It is the perfect base from which to explore the restaurants, shops and nightlife of the nearby towns of Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes and Monte Carlo. The seven bedroom property is an easy walk to the local Garoupe Beach with excellent restaurants. Next door is a corner shop selling fresh milk, croissants, fruit and veg. The villa has 5 bathrooms, kitchen, air-con, Wifi, Sky TV, outdoor BBQ and table tennis. The pool is the main attraction and is one of the largest heated swimming pools on the Cap (heating available upon request and additional cost, sorry). The garden offers complete privacy and consists of a large, flat lawn surrounded by pines and eucalyptus trees - and features a LED-lit outdoor bar/BBQ area. The upstairs terrace is ideal for breakfast and evening cocktails and offers sweeping views of the Cap over the sea towards the town of Nice.
We bought the villa when our 3 children were young and wanted somewhere that would be safe for children - and fun. Which is what it's been for the past 20 years, with many families enjoying the villa and surrounding area with us. We have attempted to drink the Cote d'Azur dry of Chateau Minuty; swam, sunbathed, played tennis, golf, skiied, waterskied, cycled, seen the sights, eaten our body weight in Moules Mariniere and had a bucketload of fun.
The villa has a fabulous large pool and expanse of lawn which is great for children. We are walking distance to the beach, shops and some of the best beach restaurants in the area. It can sleep three families without everyone getting on top of each other. There are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms meaning none of the adults feel short-changed. There are a further 2 double rooms (one with an extra single bed in it) and there are 2 further twin bedrooms. These rooms share 2 bathrooms. and an additional 3 WCs. The pool and lawn are ideal for playing family cricket and football.

The house and the property are magnificent – utterly stunning grounds and a large, gorgeous home. The photos do not do it justice! The photos online are typically more spectacular than the property, but not in this case. There were plenty of radiators throughout the house so we kept warm, despite being there in the winter. The water pressure was good and strong and it was a pleasure to have a washer and dryer. We were a group of 13, family and friends, celebrating a milestone birthday for one of our guests. The Cap d’Antibes location was perfect for all the day trips we took (Nice, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence and Monaco). And the town of Antibes is utterly charming. We cooked three dinners at home plus had one catered. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house manager, Nathalie, could not have been nicer or more accommodating whenever we had questions. Likewise the host, Holly, who was quick to reply to messages sent via VRBO. We could not recommend this property nor the locale higher! We hope to have a reason to return sometime soon.
Perfect family holiday

We are a family of 13, aged between 10 and 81, and there is something here for everyone. The swimming pool is lovely and there is loads of space to play football and cricket! It is an easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. It is perfect for a family holiday.

Our definite favourite
By Ellie Rubenstein on 06-Jan-2026We all enjoyed the house and property so much! I have to say that most of us got most excited walking into the family room/library/music room. My teenage daughter plays piano, my boys were so excited to see all of the toys and games, and myself and my husband were ecstatic with the selection of English books! We made some progress but we’ll need to come back for longer to make a real dent . The location is amazing, we loved walking to the beach, riding bikes on the bike path, and having a supermarket so super close by was so helpful for the quick grocery run! The house is so well kept and beautiful, but also so warm and comfortable! The glass doors and sunlight was a dream to enjoy every day. The boys enjoyed playing sports in the backyard and the little one loved the trampoline! We’ve made some great bonding memories that we will have forever.
Lots of space

Very clean and well equipped and the handover worked flawlessly. Highly recommended. Special mention for Chef Odile who made us a splendid birthday dinner.
