One of the highlights of this property are the friendly free-range chickens who busy themselves producing fresh eggs daily for your breakfast! Children and adults alike will love collecting the eggs from their generous host chooks.
You can leave this urban oasis and walk into the village easily in less than 10 minutes to enjoy the Friday morning market, dinners out or simply to soak up the atmosphere in the quaint and bustling village square.
The beaches of Cannes, Antibes and Nice are just a short drive or bus trip away, which also makes it an ideal place to stay during one of the many events taking place in the cities nearby (e.g. Cannes film festival, Mipim, etc).

Absolutely amazing
By Gabbi on 17-Aug-2026We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Valbonne. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it. The villa is stunning, beautifully maintained and had everything we could have wished for. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s perfectly located for exploring Valbonne and the surrounding area. One of the highlights for us was looking after the chickens, the kids had so much fun hunting for fresh eggs each morning! It was such a lovely experience and added an extra bit of magic to our stay. Lisa and Jeremy were wonderful hosts, so kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful. They made us feel completely at home and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. We had such a fantastic time and really didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place to relax, make memories and enjoy time together as a family. We would absolutely love to come back and couldn’t recommend the villa, Lisa and Jeremy highly enough!

Perfect Family holiday villa

Spent lazy days around the pool , kids loved feeding the chickens and collecting their eggs , and it was just a short stroll away from the atmospheric village of Valbonne - with its many restaurants. Lisa & Jeremy were extremely friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking at a holiday in this part of southern France.

Wonderful villa in a fabulous location

From enquiries before booking, through to the reservation process, check-in and check-out, we were looked after perfectly. The villa is immaculate inside and out. It is very well equipped. The garden and pool area are clean and a relaxing haven. The hosts are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended for a larger group.
Absolutely Fabulous
By Marie Meekings on 20-Jul-2025If you’re looking for a brilliant place to stay on the Cote d’Azur look no further. The first impression was WOW, a beautiful Provencal Villa and this didn’t change throughout our wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, a short way up a gentle hill (good for the steps and walking off substantial meals) overlooking mountains and incredibly scenic. The village is well within walking distance, a lovely route in and Valbonne doesn’t disappoint - a lively square in the evening with great shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is ideally situated to see so many brilliant places and to get a real flavour of the French culture. A ten minute drive to Mouans-Sartoux train station with free parking, you can get to Grasse or going the other way into Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even further on into Italy if you wish. Uber is also available and comes between 10-15 minutes. All of these modes of transport were found to be reliable. In terms of the house and grounds, I can’t think of a better place to stay. We had our family and friends there, all different ages and personalities, and everyone was delighted with it. Lisa and Jeremy could not have been more friendly and helpful, they seem to think of everything we needed and nothing is too much trouble. We had total confidence in them from the initial booking to the end of our stay, which is so important for it to be stress free. Even getting a food shop in for us when we arrived so the cupboards were stocked for a small fee. The house is authentic to the region, it has lots of different rooms on two floors, and is so relaxing and well appointed. You can spend time on the veranda at the front for breakfast and use the pool, barbeques and the little Tikki Bar for shade in the heat of the day. There’s even a cine room. We never wanted to leave and would go back in a heartbeat, but reality comes to us all in the end. Plus, you get to look after some lovely chickens, which are no problem at all and a lovely touch, the Grandchildren loved them!
