Description
De ProvenceA private villa in Cotignac for families and friends, with expansive countryside views, six air-conditioned bedrooms and a private 10 x 5 metre saltwater pool. Sleeps up to 12. Smaller groups enjoy exclusive use of the whole property at the same rental price. Explore Cotignac, local markets, vineyards, restaurants and scenic walks. A car is recommended.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Olive: double bed. Ivory, Rose, Blue and Pool: one king-size bed in each room. Ocre: twin beds. There are four bathrooms. Only the Pool room has an en-suite; the other five bedrooms share three bathrooms. The property has several levels and steps and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Space to relax
A full laundry room with washer and dryer, a 250-bottle wine cooler, a large fridge-freezer and water filters. Five dining terraces, Big Green Egg and Asado grill, small library, office with fibre broadband, desk and guest printer with paper. Well-behaved dogs welcome; two-acre grounds are not enclosed. Unheated pool open May to October, depth 1 to 2 metres, with pool alarm. Optional chef meals, wine experiences and airport transfers cost extra.
Weekly prices and charges
October to May: £3,500 villa rental + £520 cleaning per stay = £4,020 for a seven-night stay.
June and September: £5,500 villa rental + £520 cleaning per stay = £6,020 for a seven-night stay.
July and August: £6,500 villa rental + £520 cleaning per stay = £7,020 for a seven-night stay.
Tourist tax is included. Cleaning is charged once per stay. Optional extras are additional. Smaller groups pay the same whole-villa rental and cleaning charge. A separate refundable £500 damage deposit applies and is not included in the holiday totals above.
Check-in from 4pm unless agreed with the concierge. Check-out by 10am. Standard stays are weekly; shorter off-peak stays may be arranged. Please enquire for a quote for your dates.
