Nestled amidst timeless countryside, Gite Labanie is a historic gem dating back to the 15th century. Perched on a gentle slope, it offers panoramic views, just 6 minutes from Monflanquin and 15 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The owners reside in the main house, which nearby, ensuring guests' privacy.
A private entrance leads to a garden, while a sunny terrace at the back offers beautiful vistas. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A spacious dining room with an open fire and a large lounge with a sofa, TV, and stained glass windows provide comfort and elegance.
The Gite is WiFi-friendly and features hot air heating, doubling as air conditioning, for an extra fee of 10 euro a day. Monflanquin boasts medieval charm, with restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant medieval festival in August. Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a short drive away, offers shops, supermarkets, and weekly concerts by the River Lot. Nearby attractions include Villereal, Chateau Biron, Monpazier, and Beynac, known for its stunning canoeing spots.
Bookings require a 25% deposit, with the balance due a month before arrival. A refundable Euro 150 deposit per booking is required, with an additional Euro 50 if cleaning is needed post-stay. We regret that we cannot accept children or pets and that no smoking is allowed inside the gite. There is a designated parking spot.
