The ground floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment has it’s own kitchen, living room and veranda
The apartment is fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms ( queen size double and twin ) both en-suite with full bathrooms with baths and overhead showers, modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. living room with satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD and safe.
Brand new beds with very comfortable mattresses used in 5* hotels.
FREE and unlimited fast fibre WI-FI available in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate entrance through a veranda with table and chairs and is situated on the opposite side of the villa than the pool ( 20 meters walk )
Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and fast unlimited
WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control.
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.
Villa Eber is very popular with couples looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.
Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own apartment at very reasonable cost.
The swimming pool is over 1,60cm deep and the villa is not suitable for small children but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in our other villas and small resort with apartments – please ask and I will send details.
Local restaurants - 10 min walk, local cafe 8 minutes walk – serves very good breakfast, lunch & dinner, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, Taxis are easily available to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber )

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local information.
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €52.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.
25% deposit required when making a reservation ( for bookings made now for 2025 we only require initial 10% deposit )
Balance ( 75% ) is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
Payment instructions with bank details will be send together with booking confirmation.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ) is payable on arrival.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

Wonderful week at Villa Eber

Andrew and Ana’s hospitality was outstanding — such warm, welcoming people with a wealth of knowledge about the Algarve and surrounding areas. The apartment was immaculately clean and regularly serviced by Mara. The pool area was spotless and peaceful, with lovely warm water and plenty of sun loungers. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge kept us cool during the hot days and nights. The main old town of Albufeira was only a 5-minute drive away, offering every type of nightlife you could wish for, along with beautiful beaches just a few minutes away. I’d highly recommend the boat trip to see Benagil Cave and dolphins — an unforgettable experience! Overall, it was a wonderful stay with hosts who truly make you feel part of the family and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is magical. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Villa Eber to anyone visiting the Algarve.

The service offered is comparable to a hotel. The property is in a great location close to all amenities and the different city centers. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home.. so warm, welcoming, caring, and full of great energy. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed, but it was their hospitality that truly made the stay special. They’re super cute, kind, and genuinely care about making your experience memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Albufeira. Miss them already and can’t wait to come back someday!
Very relaxing September holiday

Got us a beer that we appreciated so much as our flight was in late,even took us to the supermarket to get us a few essentials for the next morning. The villa was exactly as described, spacious quiet comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. Villa Eber is a short walk from old town, we did that a few times,the walk is pleasant through the fitness park. Andrew and his wife Ana are such a lovely couple,we could chat to them all day. Amazing hosts, we will definitely be back!
A Peaceful Oasis in Albufeira – Can’t Wait to Return!

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and bright, the pool area was lovely and peaceful, and the gardens were perfectly kept — a real little oasis. Andrew and Ana were exceptional hosts — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with local tips and recommendations. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect too: close enough to Albufeira’s beaches and restaurants, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Villa Eber to anyone visiting the Algarve. We’d definitely love to return someday!
