Quinta das Estrelas is a tasteful Algarvean farmhouse with plunge pool, centred in 5 acres of private grounds with fig, olive, almond trees, grape vines and paddocks. This spacious property enjoys a country location just a 1 km walk from the village and beach.

Burgau is a charming former fishing village in the west Algarve, known for its stunning beaches, rugged cliffs, and outdoor activities. Beaches and Coastal Attractions Burgau Beach (Praia do Burgau): A wide, sandy cove with calm, clear waters ideal for swimming, sunbathing, surfing and bodyboarding. The beach is framed by cliffs, offering scenic views and a tranquil atmosphere. Burgau retains its authentic charm with cobblestone streets, whitewashed fishermen’s cottages, and family-run cafés and restaurants. Lagos (20–25 minutes by car) offers cultural attractions, nightlife, and the famous Ponta de Piedade cliff. The west coast of the Algarve is renowned for its stunning, rugged beaches, characterized by dramatic cliffs, golden sands, and fewer crowds compared to the southern coast. They are a surfers paradise.

Qta. das Estrelas is spacious, light and airy, combining modern convenience with tradition. All rooms are tastefully furnished with country views. Character features include large entrance hall, traditional Portuguese tiles, terracotta floors and high wooden beamed ceilings. The thick stone walls keep the property warm in winter and cool in summer. For additional comfort fans are provided for summer cool and electric heaters for winter warmth. Lounge and fully equipped kitchen also have working wood burners. The farmhouse is approached by a private drive.

The house is sited in the center of the land with no immediate neighbours. The South facing terrace has traditional Santa Catarina tiles and views over paddocks. fields and countryside toward Burgau village. BBQ. loungers, table, chairs and sun umbrella are provided for outdoor eating and relaxation. There is a separate lawned area with 4.6m circular plunge pool (depth 1.2m) and feature bread oven. To the rear of the house are stables, ample parking, paddocks and country views. Enjoy picking your own figs, almonds, plums and grapes when in season. Weekly maid service for each 7 nights booked to clean and change the linen. Household linen is provided.

Self entry check in from 16.00h with a key safe. Checkout by 11.00 am A professional deep clean service is performed between visitors.
