Description
It is with pleasure that we offer this impressive villa in a perfect position, 15 minutes walk into Albufeira old town. Approximately 1km to town centre and 1,5kms to the beach. Close to the supermarket, fruit market and a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The location is superb.The spacious interior has a splendid lounge and dining room with WiFi, satellite television, comfortable seating and dining area with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Separate fully fitted modern kitchen.
Villa Miguel is a very impressive villa offering good standard accommodation in a prime location, with easy access to Albufeira town.
Downstairs:
One twin bedroom with air conditioning and full bathroom.
Upstairs:
Beautiful, spacious master double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms and small balconies.
Outside:
A lovely 7 x 4m swimming pool, sun terrace and BBQ.

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Very disappointed
By Mark Baker on 09-Sep-2026After some great communication with the owner, prior to our short 6 night stay, We thought we would contact the owner to notify him with some feedback about the property. Mainly the infestation of Ants both outside in the pool area that can be expected but not what you expect inside, the kitchen was awful with ants, as was the bedrooms with tiny ants crawling up the walls. We contacted the owner but sadly have had no response, so now I am writing this review. The villa itself is a little tired it has one main issue with the layout, the pool is at the back of the villa, you have to lock the front door because of the area and walk around the villa, not convenient if you need the loo, or maybe a snack. You cannot leave anything food wise on any workspace in the kitchen, fruit, bread or anything even tea bags cannot be left out for the ant infestation. Literally 2-3 mins they come from everywhere, we have notified the owner as said but nothing, from being very good he has now not responded to our feedback. We wouldn’t stay again, never saw a cleaner, nor the manager so don’t be fooled by bringing cash deposit for breakages as the property manager doesn’t even show, which was a shame as we may have sorted the ant problem. Very poor villa and we stay in Algarve 3-4 times a year. Totally spoiled our break.
Great getaway
By Elise Davis on 16-Sep-2026We had a lovely stay in the villa an easy 10 min walk to Brisa Sol, and Albufeira Terrace. An easy 5 min walk to Lidl. The villa had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Access to the pool is through the kitchen door and some step around the corner, the pool area is very secluded and not overlooked. The washing machine came in very handy and there was a small washing line with pegs. We had a very enjoyable stay and cannot fault anything at all.

Great place to stay

As a family we couldn't find any fault with the villa, the only thing that I could suggest to make it even better would be perhaps some milk and water, tea bags on arrival would be much appreciated and also small things like condiments such as salt& pepper. This is not negative comments but simple things like this would make anyones stay even better. We would definitely stay again..

Amazing Villa, Central Location!
By Donna Hunt on 21-Jun-2026We have just returned from an amazing 11 night stay at Villa Miguel, as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Villa: Villa was spacious, with 3 large double rooms all with ensuite. Outdoor area is fab, BBQ area and secured pool area. The pool area was the highlight of our trip, kids played for hours in the pool. Pool and Villa (bedding and towels) was cleaned during our stay. Location: Perfect location, located on a little side street away from the main road, 8 mins walk to Lidil and Aldi and a 20min walk to the old town of Albueria. Marina was a 7 min taxi ride. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Miguel, a perfect home away from home!
