A stay at the exclusive Wynters Villa will feel like having the luxury, space and privacy of a boutique hotel all to yourself. Set in beautifully manicured gardens, this spectacular villa’s clifftop location offers magnificent seascape views. Algarve glamour exudes from its sun-soaked terraces and a centrepiece heated infinity pool links to a relaxing jacuzzi by a one-of-a-kind, water-fed slide. The ultra-stylish, open plan interior offers the height of luxury Portuguese living. A double height entrance way sweeps into an elegant living room, dining area, and fully-equipped designer kitchen. The tastefully decorated bedrooms are sumptuous and spacious, with five of them featuring en-suite bathrooms. A contemporary study is equipped with a sofa bed for extra space if required. All three bedrooms on the first floor have patio doors opening onto private balconies with sea views. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have doors opening to a balcony or patio with south and west vistas. A lavishly appointed viewing area on the roof gives an unprecedented panoramic ocean view. The perfect place for sunrise yoga or sunset cocktail. For indoor entertainment there’s a 65-inch internet-connected TV in the living room, and a further 50 inch in the playroom, which is ideally situated next to the pool. A large table football game in the playroom, and table tennis outside helps keep everyone occupied. A covered, outdoor dining and BBQ area leads off the kitchen to where a ten-seat table gives breath taking views of the Marina, down into the canyon with its variety of bird life, and out to the sparkling Atlantic. There is also a sunken seating area that seats 10 which catches the last of the sun as it sets. Resort Details - This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful golden sandy beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. The area is populated with many restaurants ranging from the famous home of Chicken piri-piri in nearby Guia, to a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants up to the Michelin starred Vila Joya on Gale beach. For the golfers there is the excellent golf course at Salgados, a 5-minute drive away or the championship Faldo and O’Connor courses 15 minutes away or to a further 10 courses west to Carvoeiro or east to Vilamoura which are only a 25-minute drive. For the cyclists there are lovely quiet roads leading up into the hills of Monchique via the historic castle topped town of Silves, or through the local villages and vineyards. The bustling resort of Albufeira, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a 5 minutes' drive away. Faro City and airport is a 25 minute drive.

Fantastic Villa for family and young kids
By Joe Segal on 08-Aug-2026We had a fantastic stay at Wynters Villa in Albufeira. The property itself is beautiful and really well located, just a short drive to several lovely beaches. The pool and pool slide were a huge hit, we had kids ranging from 2 to 8 in our group and they absolutely loved it, along with the games room right next to the pool. The kitchen was great, and the rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, which made a big difference for a large group. Manuel, the property manager, was easy to reach and very quick to respond to anything we needed or any questions we had about the villa. He even set up baby gates on the stairs before we arrived. The electric blinds on every window were also fantastic, great for security and perfect for creating a dark room for the kids' naps and bedtime. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we'd highly recommend. Thank you!
Wonderful Break
By Roy Botterill on 15-Aug-2026We stayed at Wynters Villa mid-August 2026, six adults and two children 6 and 2. The villa Manager arranged for our transfers to and from the airport, which were good value for money and the drivers were great. When we arrived we all said the pictures just don't do it justice. After entering we raised all the shutters went out to the patio and pool areas and were gobsmacked at the panoramic un-obstructed view. The villa itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a great relaxing break. All bedrooms have plenty of space and great views. Beds and pillows are comfortable with very effective air conditioning units. There is large hallway leading to a separate toilet, laundry room, kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is very spacious with a central island housing the electric hob, there is also a large fridge freezer supplying filtered water and ice. Just off the kitchen there is a breakfast/dining room with eight comfortable chairs and a large table. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and coffee tables together with a large TV. (great choice of channels) There is also a great sized games room downstairs at pool level which my Daughter's used when the kids woke up early. Outside space is great from a patio with a large table and chairs for alfresco dining next to the BBQ. The sunken seating area gets the sun from first to last light and is also a great area to chill out any time of day. The jacuzzi leads to the slide which in turn leads into the pool. All three were used every day and we all had some much fun with the slide for families it's a game changer and keeps the kids (and adults) entertained all day. There was a slight issue with the door keypad but the villa manager Manuel had it sorted the same day, so it was a stress free stay. We didn't hire any vehicles but Ubers were quick and cheap, so a great alternative and nothing is too far away especially the marina. Do you and your family a favour and book Wynters villa you won't be disappointed.

We all had the most amazing time and have made some beautiful memories. It was an absolute pleasure to find that your villa had everything you needed and more. It was a wow moment as soon as you entered the front door. We all felt so lucky. The slide was a real hit for all ten of us even the adults to. The sun rise and sunset were breath taking. Recommend a car to get around and only ten minutes into old town Albufeira . Don’t hesitate to book Paul made me feel very confident in all the booking process from start to finish. Thank you again.

The cleanliness and facilities were perfect, the owner and manager communicated swiftly and were very welcoming. We had a hamper on arrival which was a lovely touch. We can’t wait to return again next year!

Incredible Stay with Stunning Views!

The location is absolutely brilliant, offering spectacular views over the Albufeira marina and just a short drive into the Old Town. The villa itself felt like a mansion—each room and bathroom was beautifully designed and immaculately clean. The outdoor area was the highlight, with a fantastic pool, a fun slide, and a relaxing jacuzzi that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There was also a fantastic kitchen and BBQ area with a lovely outdoor dining space, perfect for evening meals together while taking in the view. Every corner of the villa is picture-perfect. It was the ideal setting for a fun, relaxing, and truly memorable holiday.
