Description
Fabulous, ground floor apartment (also available a 1 bed ground floor apartment, and a 2 bed duplex apartment too) in an excellent location for holidays providing a comfortable, homely environment for your stay. Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge with fully fitted and equipped kitchen and doors to a private South facing decked terrace overlooking the garden. A double bedroom with walk in shower and access to the decked terrace. Plus an en-suite twin bedroom and another large walk in shower room. There is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage in the apartment and there is absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The communal swimming pool has sunbathing terraces, a separate childrens' pool, garden area and an outside lounge area with comfortable seating. The communal roof terrace has fabulous views of the sea, Old Town, countryside and beach beyond and has sun all day. There is secure fibre wifi available in the apartment and also communal wifi in reception and in the pool area. All tv's in the apartments have a spare hdmi lead fitted so if guests bring an adaptor for their phone or tablet and download "Filmon" you can watch all UK channels, or bring a Firestick :-) Guests with cars have the added bonus of the underground remote entry garage with lift access directly to the apartment floor. The apartment is suitable for all ages. Whether looking for a fun packed action holiday or a get away from it all break the location is perfect for both. Literally 2 minutes walk and you can go through the tunnel to the beach or use the lift to the beach and the same distance to the Old Town square. Just perfect!!Bedroom Details

Wonderful place to stay
By Norma Hutchcraft on 06-Jul-2026Just got back, after staying with my family, including my 2 young Grandchildren. Location couldn't have been better. Five minutes, and you are in the centre, and on the beach. You will find lots of restaurants to choose from, and suits everyone. Apartment is roomy, with all facilities, and although near centre, not noisy. When booking, communication was excellent, with any questions I had, and were answered straight away. Would definitely recommend!!
Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is lovely and a really good size and the location is brilliant as easy to get to the main square in Old Town with amenities nearby. Maureen and Elaine were great and very helpful whenever we contacted them and the breakages deposit was refunded swiftly after departure. We will definitely be returning.

Perfectly located for old town Albufeira and the beach both being a couple of minutes walk away! Bars, shops and restaurants all within couple of mins of the apartment! Fantastic communication throughout and such an easy booking/checking in system! Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic place hidden gem

It looks exactly like the pictures and the host are extremely responsive and helpful. The pool area wasn’t too busy and we walked to everywhere we needed. We would definitely be back this property has everything you could need. 10/10 thanks again for having us Maureen and we hope to be back in the future!

Maureen is absolutely amazing, communication was always quick and she keeps you updated with everything you need to know.
