Description
This large and spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor with views to the gardens, sea and within walking distance to the communal swimming pool.The terrace, which spans the width of the apartment, offers you the opportunity to wine and dine whilst taking in the sea view and enjoying the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The lounge area, like the outdoor terrace, is south facing with floor to ceiling patio windows ensuring maximum light and terrific views. There are two beds in the bedroom and a further four sofa beds in the lounge area.
The complex itself is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach and incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool and family BBQ area.
Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.
Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.
Mentioning just a few of the other fantastic attractions the Algarve has to offer, they include Aquashow Park of Quarteira, Slide and Splash in Lagoa, Zoo Marine in Guia, the annual Fiesa Sand Sculpture festival (the largest in the world, running from April - October) and many more.

Access to the pool area is only a short stroll away from the apartment. Access to the apartment is via steps and therefore may not be suitable for less mobile guests. Security is excellent as it is a closed and gated condominium.

Whilst linen, bath/hand towels are provided, please ensure you bring your own beach towels for use on the terraces, around the pool and on the beach. These can also be readily and cheaply purchased locally in town.

Entering the apartment you are welcomed by an open plan, light and spacious area offering you an upper dining level, with wall mounted air-conditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen, access to the large air-conditioned bedroom and shower room. The lower lounge area has a TV showing more than 100 channels, two sofa beds with beds which pull out from beneath them, two chairs and coffee table. The apartment has its own dedicated WIFI. Winter heating is available, should it be necessary, via the wall mounted air-conditioning and / or oil filled radiators.
The apartment sleeps 2 spaciously, 4 comfortably but can sleep 6 easily. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together, and there are 4 sofa beds in the living area.
The large terrace has a dining table and chairs and is accessed via patio doors from the lounge area.

The complex comprises of a mixture of residential and holiday lets. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end for children. There is free street parking outside the complex. Just across from the pool is an area guests can utilise for BBQing.

A lovely apartment
By Pauline on 15-Jul-2026A very clean spacious apartment. Lovely balcony and only a few steps to the pool. Kitchen was well equipped. A few minutes walk to local spar shop and only 10min walk to the strip. I would highly recommend this apartment. Communication with Philippa was excellent and she kindly accommodated us with early check-in
Perfect stay in Albufeira

The residence was very quiet and peaceful, and having access to the swimming pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything was just as we hoped for and we felt at home throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Philippa, the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. She was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful and comfortable stay in Albufeira. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back!
Nice & Clean
By HFA on 15-Sep-2025There were just 2 of us for this apartment so we had plenty of space. Tight for more people unless its a couple of children. The bathroom was unusual in that it was in the middle of the apartment and didnt have any ventilation. Everything is a little dated, but I think it is being upgraded soon. However, it was perfectly clean, it had everything you need (although I think it needs a new washing machine). It was a great view to have our breakfast on the terrace. Air con was good to have. The complex itself felt tired. Its a shame as its a nice place and the pool is nice. But around it is signs of where things used to be open, ie; gym, spa.... which are now just closed up doors. But still very nice to sunbathe around and have a swim. The location was up a hill so not suitable if you dont do hills. There are also a lot of steps up (and down!) to/from the apartment itself once you get inside the block. FYI - there is a small Spar shop just down the hill. However in a 10 min walk there is an Aldi and Lidl for a bigger shop. Overall, it was a nice place and I would recommend going, taking into account my comments above. Thank you Phillipa for great communication and help throughout.
Perfect in every way
By Siân on 04-Sep-2025I genuinely couldn’t recommend this apartment more. It is amazing value in price and in the perfect location. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The beds and sofas are comfortable, there is air con everywhere and the decor is lovely. The pool and terrace are amazing and it is very quiet. The apartment is so close to the old town basically 5 minute walk to everything. Even with the old town close by and music playing you can’t hear anything in the apartment which we loved. Genuinely couldn’t fault this place and communication with Phillipa was great. Will be back asap and recommend this place to anyone.

By Keith durham on 29-Jul-2025Stayed in July communication with owner from start to finish excellent taxi driver rui best ever apartment has everything you need view lovely 15 mins from old town must try a caipirina in small bar called bar sangria 20 mins to strip great balcony to chill coffee on a morning whisky and coke at night 3 big supermarket within walking thanks again phillipa wish I was having a whisky and coke now 😎😎🥃🥃
Perfect getaway and great location

We loved the fully equipped apartment and location that was close to everything: swimming pool, beach, shopping, restaurant, and night life in Albufeira. Our SimplyOwners Agent “Philippa Ward” was extremely helpful and supported us through the complete process from providing information, confirming the reservation, payment, obtaining required instructions for our arrival and departure. Philippa is a lovely person, and it was very easy to communicate with her, and she always responded very quickly to our questions and clarifications, considering the time zone difference. We will return one day to Albufeira and will definitely get in touch with Philippa for other reservations around the world.
