Description
The apartment is situated at the highest level of the apartment complex (but only two floors up from street level). The complex is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach so offers SPECTACULAR sea and town views.The large "L" shaped balcony is excellent for sunbathing, dining, relaxing or sharing that romantic night on. The changing marine and beach activity ensuring you are kept constantly entertained.
The apartment has a large "L" shaped lounge area with floor to ceiling patio windows allowing maximum light and views. The terrace and apartment are south facing with an area on the terrace where you can achieve shade should you require it and there is a portable air conditioning unit and fans in order to keep you comfortable during the warmer nights.
The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool and family BBQ area.
Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.
Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.
The location of this apartment with it's terrific views ensure you won't be disappointed.

Albueria old town
By Andy burnett on 17-Aug-2026We have just returned from a great week in Albuferia old town. The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and tidy with all the home from home comforts. Perfectly positioned with great views and the pool area was spot on. A ten minute walk brings you into the old town or beach front. Great communication with the owner with very clear instructions. Very accommodating. Many thanks.

By John Parker on 19-May-2026Absolutely loved everything about the apartment. Views over old town amazing, we spent a lot of time on the massive balcony. Apartment itself had everything needed and was a real home from home. A pleasant walk down in to old town centre and only around 3 euros for an Uber back up. Willing definitely be returning.

By Clive & Lyn. on 25-Oct-2025Another amazing two weeks at this very clean/spacious apartment,which has all the facilities your going to need.With unspoilt panoramic views and sunshine all day,plus sunsets from the totally private large balcony.The location is very central and great for exploring with plenty of shops,bars and restaurants nearby. Contacting the owner(Philippa) and arranging the booking is all stress free,even arranging our taxi's to and from the airport. We are looking to book again this year for another two weeks,one of our favourites.

By . on 17-Aug-2025We had a fabulous holiday, Phillipa was great and very responsive from booking to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. We did like that we were left with clean bedding and towels so we were not interrupted by cleaners etc. You have everything within walking distance, shops, restaurants,beach and nightlife The views are stunning and you can find yourself getting lost watching the world go by. Early mornings on the balcony are a must, you can sit for hours watching the old town and beach wake up. Don't be put off by being near the old town nightlife. This was a great sauce of amusement for us and once the doors are closed you dont hear anything. All in all this apartment is perfect and we will definitely be returning.

Superb communications from Phillipa who organised prompt and efficient airport transfers at unsociabe hours. Would highly recommend.
