During our September 2026 stay, we appreciated further improvements which had been made to an already amazing villa. A great villa and amazing location with the very best support/communication from the villa owner and manager. The last two years experience has resulted in us booking two separate family holidays for 2027. We would, without hesitation, recommend this villa/owner to anyone considering booking this accommodation. Dalene.

By Darren Westwood on 18-Jul-2026We loved our stay at the villa. We done a fair few villa holidays. This was the best from start to finish. The transfer firm recommendation was great. Joao who greeted us to show us everything we needed to know was great. The villa is lovely, We spent most days in the pool. Location is good, in between old town and new town and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. I wish I found the villa years ago! Communication with Tom was very good, answered all my questions easily, putting my mind at ease. Would I return? Absolutely!
Superb Villa and great location.........
By Annette on 13-Jun-2026Following on from my previous comments - the great thing about its location is you can all do your own thing – watch the World Cup on the large TV in the spacious living room or in the local nearby Portuguese Sports Bar, go and have coffee in the local cafes nearby, or visit the Old Town shops, restaurants and the beach which are all within a 15/20 minute walk from the Villa. You can even play all of your favourite music if you bring your own portable bluetooth speaker as the Villa is in a quite area and you won’t be disturbing anyone (within reason of course!). What is also great about the location is there are two major supermarkets (plus other shops) within a 5/10 minute walk from the Villa (and supermarket prices are much cheaper than in Ireland!). As already mentioned, I would absolutely recommend Villa Castle Mor to you without hesitation, whether for family or friends. My group of friends love it and we plan to be back again next year. Book it now for your next get away. Enjoy it!

Well, look no further as we found it some years ago here at Villa Castle Mor in Albufeira - and my group of friends have been back their almost every year since. It is very spacious and has everything you could possibly require: • It can accommodate up to twelve persons (or ten adults) very comfortably in five bedrooms (two with en-suites) on three floors; • A superb swimming pool – easily accessible – with several reclining beach chairs; • A Jacuzzi/hot tub on the roof (fourth floor) with great views and a lovely seating area (for that evening G&T); • A superb BBQ area (and a great BBQ) with a wonderful outside seating area (where we had great food and conversation and of course a few glasses of wine!); • A games room on the ground floor (and several sets of golf clubs, if you want to play golf in the many golf course around the area!); • A well fitted kitchen (recently upgraded) and utility room with many new facilities, including an Air Fryer, a new kitchen worktop and kitchen sink, to mention a few. It is exceptionally clean (we saw the cleaners in action), very spacious and the bedrooms have wonderful white bed sheets and fluffy white towels plus separate beach towels for everyone. The owner, Tom, is extremely helpful and with his excellent Villa Manager, Joao, they are always available to help with any questions you might have. Tom helped us arrange private transport in advance to and from Faro airport. Thank you Tom and Joao for another great holiday. I would absolutely recommend Villa Castle Mor to you without hesitation, whether for family or friends. My group of friends love it and we plan to be back again next year. By Kathleen Wexford on 20-Jun-2026This is the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Location is perfect, 15/20 minute walk to Old Town/ Strip. 3 minute walk to Supermarkets, Restaurants, and shops. Villa Mor has everything you could possibly need, The five bedrooms are spacious with ample Wardrobe space, two en suite main bathroom. Two living areas, kitchen (which has everything you could need in a kitchen) Two Large Fridges, Microwave Oven and added this year Afryer which was very handy. Also new kitchen worktop added this year. Utility room. Outside area is beautiful Large Table where we had all our meals. Added this year a new Barbecue Kitchen Every year we go Tom has been busy upgrading the Villa. I would highly recommend this Villa, it is very secure safe area to stay in. João is on hand to accommodate all your needs and Tom the owner is more than helpful, Villa Castle Mor is a special place. I cannot find any fault and would give it 5 ⭐️ Kathleen and Family
Perfect home in the sun!
By Kathleen on 29-Aug-2026We are due to stay in this villa for the 3rd time this year. Location is perfect- equidistant from old town and the main strip - so perfect for all members of the family. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops within minutes walk. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic. Pool towels are provided which is a huge bonus. The gas bbq is a big onus for our family. The rooftop hot tub is great for night time relaxation. Smart tv means the kids and teenagers are happy - not to mention the fab games room in the basement. Beds are comfy and plenty of bathrooms. Really it's the ideal base for a family holiday. 15/20 mins walk to the beach - or 5 mins in a taxi! In my opinion it's hard to beat and I have recommended it to many friends and family over the years. You won't be disappointed with this villa for sure and Tom, the owner, is lovely to deal with as is his villa manager in Albufeira.
