The villa is 17 minutes walk to the Old Town and Fisherman's beach with a 10 minute walk to the Strip. Convenient to restaurants , bars and supermarket All our guests mention the location of the villa as the primary reason for returning year on year

Fantastic Villa for a family holiday
By Nicky holiday maker on 31-May-2026We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Albufeira as a family of six, with children ranging in age from 18 months to 12 years. The large five-bedroom house was incredibly spacious, and every room was immaculately clean. The living area was beautiful and comfortable, with a TV that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with a great range of appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The utility room was also a huge bonus, providing everything we needed, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The outdoor space was fantastic, with three different seating areas to choose from depending on whether you wanted to sit in the sun or shade. The large BBQ made family meals easy and enjoyable. The heated pool was a real highlight, and the safety fence around it gave us extra peace of mind with the younger children. The basement games area, complete with a pool table and table tennis table, was perfect for escaping the midday heat and keeping everyone entertained. Tom, the villa owner, and Joao, the villa manager, were excellent throughout our stay, always available to help with any questions or queries. The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within easy walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the beach, so we never felt the need to hire a car. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Albufeira and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!
Perfect for a relaxing holiday!
By Jack Marshall on 20-May-2026Tommy’s Villa is incredible. 4 stories, a beautiful swimming pool, loungers to relax and enjoy the sun and seating to have a nice meal. The Villa has everything you need and more, a full kitchen if you want to cook, and outside bbq space and seating. The pool is a great size and good fun. There is also table tennis and a snooker table, so fun for the whole family. The villa is a 5 minute taxi or 25 min walk the the old town which has many beautiful restaurants (Alfredo my favourite) and the beach. It’s also close to a gym (Sermais health club) and tennis and Padel courts. It is 5 minutes from the supermarket. The bedrooms are clean and spacious and have lots of space for storing clothes. Tommy is great to help out if you have any problems. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing holiday for the whole family then Tommy’s place is perfect. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

By Rick Sturgess on 15-May-2026My family of five has just returned from our second stay at Villa Castle Mor, and once again, it did not disappoint! The villa truly has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space, a beautiful pool, and multiple seating areas so you can enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. The hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and games room are fantastic additions—the list really does go on. It’s clear the owner is committed to maintaining high standards, with improvements made each year to keep everything fresh and up to date. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to local shops and cafés, and around 20 minutes on foot to the old town for a great choice of restaurants and the beach. Tom and the villa manager were extremely accommodating, allowing us to store our bags on arrival while the villa was being prepared after the previous guests. This made our first day so much easier and stress-free. The villa itself was spotless, and the manager gave us a full walkthrough on arrival—he was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning again!
Perfect Family Holiday.
By Bernadette on 01-May-2026We have just arrived home (begrudgingly!) following a week long stay in the gorgeous Castle Mor Lda. This beautiful home was the perfect selection for our family holiday (three kids, parents & grandparents) to help celebrate a special big birthday. We were looking for relaxing & quiet surroundings but also a convenient location to shops, restaurants, beach etc. should we wish to venture out and about, with Castle Mor Lda being the perfect spot for this. The house itself...amazing. There are so many facilities...pool, jacuzzi, games room, bbq...the list goes on. The bedrooms & the amount of beds available would have allowed us to have several more people there should we have wanted to. There is the worlds amount of cutlery & delph and we never found ourselves lacking for anything. Our kids were also able to disappear off to other rooms for a bit of "quiet time" when needed & for the most part, were happy to stay home in the Villa. We had the pool heated and a pool fence which for most parents, is one of the most important things when choosing somewhere to stay. I have to say a special mention to Tom (the owner) who from start to finish had excellent communication with us and the advise and care he provided us with meant we felt so at ease prior to and during our holiday. It was a sense of security you don't usually get when booking a property abroad so we thank you profusely for that. Tom even organised our transfers to & from the airport for us. Another hassle we didn't have to worry about. When we return to Albufeira again, we would most certainly like to stay here again if possible. 😊

Fantastic
By Dalane on 13-Sep-2025Hi Tom, We have just arrived home. We had a lovely week in your beautiful villa. There was everything we could possibly need.....and more!!! Joao was fantastic, he made sure we understood how to use everything the villa had to offer. He made adjustments to ensure the baby safety gate would fit for us, a really nice man. We would definitely like to stay again in the future. The whole process from initially speaking to you over a year ago and everything you arranged for us......pool fence, transfers etc was seamless.
