There are several restaurants within five minutes walk, including O´Marinheiro, Ponte Grande and Dom Dinis and a supermarket. The Sao Rafael Resort with its various facilities and tennis courts is just 400 metres away. Casa Azul is an exclusive, detached, holiday villa with pool in a small quality development of villas. The design of the house is very impressive, with high standard furnishings and decor and it enjoys fabulous sea views. The layout is very open and airy with large entrance hall, guest cloakroom wc, very large, spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and an attractive dining room with stylish dining table and chairs. There is a large 40" LCD television with cable TV, DVD player and an open fireplace. There is a modern, spacious fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, breakfast table and stools and serving hatch to the dining room and a laundry room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with sliding doors to pool terrace. Both of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with corner bath and twin vanity units.
Overlooking the sitting room is a minstrels gallery which leads to the other two bedrooms, and a door to a huge private sun terrace. There is a large master bedroom suite with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower and twin vanity units. This bedroom also has a door to the large sun terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea. The other bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to a private sun terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It also has an en-suite shower room.
This luxury villa is completely enclosed with private gates, there is a driveway and covered car port. The beautiful garden is well landscaped and has lawned grass and sun terraces around the large 10x5m swimming pool. There is a covered dining terrace and a built-in barbecue for your al-fresco dining.
This is a perfect location to enjoy the delights of the local beaches and restaurants in the area and very near to all local amenities. Strongly recommended.
If you´re looking for a holiday villa near the beach to rent, Casa Azul would be a great choice.

This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.

We would recommend Casa Azul to other holidaymakers
By Steve S. on 09-Jun-0026We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Casa Azul and have no hesitation in recommending it to other holidaymakers.The villa is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden and pool area is a good size with a range of seating areas providing sun and shade throughout the day. It is well located between Galé and Albufeira, with easy access to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. You wouldn’t necessarily need a car but I would recommend having one to access the other beaches and the larger supermarkets, although taxis seem to be widely available. Our four year old granddaughter especially enjoyed the Aqualand Algarve water park about 30 mins drive from the villa. It was great value, very clean, well organised and quiet. My only negative comments are regarding the condition of some of the kitchen equipment. The bottom tray of the dishwasher was broken and awkward to load. The symbols on the control knobs of the cooker had warn off and with no instructions available, we had to guess which settings to use. Finally the integrated fridge/freezer was rusty inside, although we were able to use the free standing one. None of the above spoilt our holiday in anyway but we did think the kitchen might need a bit of an upgrade.

From the moment we made our booking, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, with all of our questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The level of customer service we received gave us complete confidence before we had even arrived. A special mention must go to Caroline at Ocean Villas, whose help and support were exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making our holiday perfect were greatly appreciated. The airport transfers, both on arrival and departure, were organised to perfection. Every detail was arranged down to the second, and our individual requirements were accommodated without any issues. It made travelling completely stress-free and set the tone for a wonderful holiday. The villa itself was fantastic. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The attention to detail throughout the property was excellent, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, this was one of the best holiday experiences we have had. From the booking process and outstanding customer service to the seamless transfers and beautiful accommodation, everything exceeded our expectations. Positive experience with Ocean Villas from start to finish

Communication is so important and Ocean Villas (and you) were responsive with all our communication and with the final set of information and vouchers - even the transfer was without a problem. We were met at the villa by the agents and were checked in prior to the 4pm which was amazing. The villa was amazing and spotless. The pool and grounds (were we spent most of our time) were gorgeous. The inside was very grande and had everything we needed. The towels and sheets were changed after 5 days which was welcome. The villa location is quiet and accessible for local shops, bars and a couple of restaurants all of which we used. Only a few euros to the marina and old town too. All in all would recommend Ocean Villas and Villa Casa Azul. Thanks Caroline. All the best Paul

Fabulous Villa
By Mr Boland on 18-Feb-2020I highly recommend this Villa. It’s stunning and has everything you need. This was our second visit to this property. Quiet location but has a few bars, mini markets and some lovely restaurants within walking distance ( I would recommend Dom Dinis, 10 min walk) The beach is 10 min walk and is lovely. A taxi (9 seater mini bus) in to Albufeira old town is just 5-10 mins drive and only cost €15 max. We paid extra to get the pool heated which I would also recommend as we were in it all day and even did some night swimming after returning from meals out. The management team are very responsive. We had a slight issue with the pump in the pool. One quick phone call and someone was round to fix it within the hour. Nothing was to much trouble for them, great service.
Perfect Villa
By Diana Williams on 01-Oct-2019Hello Caroline and Gareth , We are just back from a wonderful week in Casa Azul and just I wanted to say a big thank you all round ! Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed the week very much indeed. The whole family loved every minute and the villa proved just perfect. The two downstairs bedrooms were ideal for daughter and grandchildren while myself and my husband and my sister in law and my niece were very happy in the rooms upstairs. I know I had made a particular point of asking for the pool to be substantially heated and it most certainly was! Babies and grandparents alike loved every minute in the pool and were in it Morning noon and night! In fact my 2 year old granddaughter got over her fear of water and by the end of the week we Couldn’t keep her out of it !! We have all agreed that a repeat week next year is a must and Ocean Villas will be our first choice, so again very many thanks for all your help and to the Portuguese team for their part in our excellent week ‘s holiday.
