Albufeira Tourist Tax: €2.00 per person/night (max. 7 nights, guests over 12 years old)
Payable in cash on arrival – not included in the rental price
Booking Conditions:
-20% deposit to secure the booking
Remaining 80% due 8 weeks before arrival (bank transfer)
Alternative option:
-30% deposit by bank transfer
-70% cash payment on arrival (upon request)
Security deposit: €400 (cash), refunded by bank transfer within 1–2 days after departure.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting booking availability.
Deposit & Cancellation:
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not automatically refundable.
Refund Conditions:
If the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked under the same conditions (dates and rate), the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the property is partially rebooked, a partial refund may be issued proportionally.
If the property is not rebooked, no refund will be issued.
Future Stay Credit:
If the cancelled dates are not rebooked, the deposit may be converted into a credit for a future stay. This credit can be applied once the remaining balance of the new booking is paid. The credit is valid for 12 months from the original booking dates.
New bookings are subject to availability and current pricing.
Changes to Booking:
Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability and season.
Price differences may apply depending on the new dates.

Absolutely perfect
By Kristie and Steve on 05-Sep-2026The villa is absolutely gorgeous. It is in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and a supermarket a minutes walk. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything you needed for the stay. We travelled with a 2 year old and Inna arranged for stairgates throughout the villa and a travel cot for us. Unfortunately as we had a lively 2 year old we didn’t get to use the hot tub and games room downstairs but they were also immaculate and we plan to return and hopefully use them next time. We enjoyed every morning at the beautiful beach and every afternoon by the pool at Villa. Inna was really helpful prior to arrival, during our stay and after we left. We appreciated the small touches such as a little gift for our toddler left in her cot on arrival. We definitely plan to return and can’t recommend this villa enough.

Amazing villa
By Marion and family on 12-Jul-2026Just back from 11 days at this amazing villa. Villa is beautiful and in a great location within 5 min walk to the beach and supermarket around the corner. Lots of places to eat although didn't enjoy the local Chinese 😩. Inna was very helpful throughout visit and very kind. We will definitely be back. Thanks Marion

Everything you need a more in this place, amazing facilities and spotless. 4-6min walk to several different beaches, tons of restaurants within 5-20 min walk. We will be back again next year.

The host Inna organised everything for us and met us with a warm welcome even though it was 10pm . Would recommend this Villa highly , very clean and well equipped and its position is great with everything you need close to hand . Hopefully a third visit won’t be too far away .
