Villa in Olhos D'Agua, Albufeira, Central Algarve, PortugalThe villa is situated in a peaceful location around 5 Minutes Drive to the nearest Beach and the village centre.
This spacious four bedroomed detached villa stands in beautiful gardens with a 10 metre pool and benefits from sea views.
The property is accessed by a private drive and has electronic gates ensuring security and seclusion.
The Villa sleeps 8. There are four bedrooms.
2 double en-suite bedrooms on the first floor and 2 single bed rooms on the ground floor with a large shared bathroom. There is also separate downstairs WC. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with water and ice maker. Toaster and kettle.
The spacious light and airy lounge offers comfortable seating, Internet TV and Audio Speakers for devices.
There is ample Parking at the property for up to 4 cars.
The Villa is fully alarmed. There is a coded safe for the storage of valuables.
A travel cot is available upon request. A high chair is also available.
FREE WIFI is available throughout the villa
Situated at the rear of the property is a private 10 metre swimming pool. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with numerous sun loungers and patio furniture. There is an outside shower, rotary clothes airer and BBQ for your convenience. There is a further patio to the side of the property and a very large balcony on the first floor with extensive views down to the sea and Olhos D'Agua.
The landscaped Garden is laid mainly to gravel and artificial turf surrounds the pool area. The garden is well stocked with exotic plants, shrubs and trees. The property boundary has mature hedging providing both privacy and security.
The villa is situated in a quiet location with easy access by car to Olhos D'Agua and Albufeira. Car Hire is recommended although Uber and Bolt now operate an excellent service in the area.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bedlinen are included. The property will be cleaned once weekly and linen changed weekly. Beach and Pool towels are not included.
Coast/Beach:
The many gorgeous beaches of the Algarve are close by. The nearest being Olhos D'Agua and the beautiful Maria Luisa Beach which are about 5 minutes by car. The coastline of the Algarve offers numerous beautiful beaches and coves to explore. Including the stunning Felesia Beach which is often rated as one of the best beaches in Europe.
Faro is the nearest airport and is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
The Village of Olhos D'Agua is approximately 5 minutes drive.
Albufiera Old Town is approximately 10 minutes and Villamoura Marina is approximately 15-20 minutes by car.
The villa is situated in the area of Branquiera. It benefits from a small supermarket, a couple of bars and a restaurant within a 500m walk. Most of the facilities are to be found in Olhos D'Agua.
The traditional fishing village of Olhos D'Agua offers numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and beautiful beaches. There are several banks and cash point machines. As well as pharmacies, doctors and access to Taxis and the local bus service.
Refundable Damage/Key Deposit £300
Change over day - flexible.
The property will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
However, we will try to be flexible on this depending on other bookings and the availability of the management company to service the property for following guests.
25% of the rental is payable at the time of Booking. The balance, together with the refundable Security/Key deposit of £300 to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment by Bank transfer or personal cheque. ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROTECTED BY SIMPLY OWNERS PAYMENT PROTECTION POLICY.
Directions to the villa and access information will be sent once full payment is received.
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Payments/Refunds in POUNDS STERLING ONLY.

A lovely villa
By Kerrie on 16-Jul-2026The villa was just as described on the website, it was very clean and very well stocked with everything we required for our holiday and the pool was just amazing. There were a couple of unforeseen issues whilst we were there but they were resolved very quickly and did not spoil the holiday at all. The area is very quiet and peaceful and we made good use of the ubers to go into Albufeira on a night which were so easy to use. Overall we had a lovely time and the villa was just perfect for our requirements. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends and hope to return soon.

Great place to stay
By Lorraine Kemp on 11-Oct-2025We loved our stay at this villa, it had everything we could possibly need for a stay, the pool was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, two bedrooms have their own en suite and two downstairs rooms have a shared bathroom. We had such a great time, we booked to return 6 weeks later! Transfers from the airport can be booked in advance or just jump in an Uber approx €30. There are plenty of car hire companies at the airport. We decided to transfer and then use Uber to take us to places which cost in the region of €5-€10 for the four of us.

By Lawson family on 23-Jun-2025From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this villa. The pool space is just Fabulous. Decorated to a lovely standard & has everything you need. We used uber to get around & also for grocery delivery. Hopefully we can get our dates next year 🙏❤️

Wonderful villa
By Rachael on 27-Jul-2024Lovely Villa. Great, good-sized pool and well-tended, beautiful grounds. The Villa was clean, spacious, well-kept and exactly as advertised. Regular cleaning ensured fresh towels etc. The Villa has all the comforts of home - dishwasher, washing machine, good sized fridge / freezer. The barbecue was the best one we’ve ever had in a rented Villa - it was clean and large. Lovely views from the various balconies and a nice breeze most days which helped with the heat. We had such a lovely, relaxing holiday in easy travelling distance of various beaches. Albufeira old and new town were both easy and quick to get to. Uber operates in the area and cost very little from the Villa to town. As stated, a car is essential. There was plenty of room to park in the grounds and the electric gates gave good security. Sarah was helpful throughout. Quick to reply and sorted any queries out immediately. We can’t recommend this Villa enough.
