Description
Although located in a new and calm area, this fantastic 6 bedroom/7 bathroom villa is centrally located only a 5 min walk to Albufeira Old and New Town, 3-5 min walk to supermarkets, bus station, fresh fruit, fish and meat market, health center, police station, cafes, restaurants & much more. It has a very large, private pool with an intergrated children's pool. Has a well maintained, front, side & back garden, a large automatic car entrance to the side of the villa with cap for up to 3 cars. You will have free wireless internet access and sea views from the back balcony. The villa also boasts a new games room for further enjoyment leading directly out to a very spacious newly extended covered outside area overlooking the pool with a built-in coal BBQ with table and chairs for outdoor meals enjoying the sunshine or on those balmy summer nights. Prices stated are for 8/9 persons sharing (please check 'notes on prices' section - for prices for 10-14 persons).Notes on accommodation: This villa has bedroom accommodation for up to 12 persons and in addition 2 infant cots will be supplied on request at no extra cost. (For accommodation for 13/14 persons), the sofa in the living area has a double bed which can accommodate 1 person and an extra double Z bed can accommodate another person at a small extra cost. Please enquire. There is a safe for your valuables and an alarm system for your safety. Air-conditioning (cold and hot) is provided throughout the villa at no extra cost. The new games room includes pool table and football table. Outside: There are 12 sunbeds on spacious patios around the pool, a covered area with table and chairs and built-in coal BBQ with bench top, plastic cutlery and another fridge/freezer. The pool is private and not heated. It has steps and it's size is 12.5 x 5 metres with a round smaller pool attached at one end, suitable for non swimmers or children (although should be accompanied at all times) Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and they are changed weekly. Maid service once a week for stays of 2 weeks. Please bring own pool/beach towels. Other: The games room is on the lower floor, leading directly out to the B.B.Q and pool area.

Truly lovely place to have a family holiday
By Jackie Glynn on 25-Jul-2026Just back from our stay at this beautiful villa. It’s so spacious and is so well catered for, there is everything there you could possibly need. We were a family of 9 including our 21 month old granddaughter. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms is brilliant and having the 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor was perfect for my daughter and son in law and the baby, as we could put her to bed and she wasn’t disturbed and equally the others weren’t either when she woke early. The pool and outside space is brilliant, lots of sunbeds, lovely big bbq and table and chairs and access to the games room which was great for the older members of the family. Inside the villa is so spacious, fully equipped with ample plates, cups cutlery, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. All the bathrooms were fully stocked with lots of fresh white towels and toilet rolls, which was great as we arrived quite late on the Saturday. Carlos was great host with correspondence and the key safe and codes to get into the villas were great. Lidl is literally at the end of the road and Aldi and the are open from 7.30 to 23.00 daily which is perfect for doing a shop and getting fresh bread daily. The town is a good 25 mins walk and it’s extremely hilly so not so good with pushchair. We found the Marina calmer and better to go to but you need to use taxi or car if you have one. We used both and taxi is really cheap and they come instantly. Would thoroughly recommend this place, it’s perfect.
Fantastic villa in a great location.
By Tom on 09-Sep-202511 of us stayed at this villa for 4 nights. The villa itself is excellent, clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The garden with pool, BBQ area and sun loungers was absolutely perfect and where we spent most of our day. The villas location is ideal too, with a 5 minute walk to Lidl or Aldi and a 20 minute walk into old town. Highly recommend. Carlos was a great host too, communicative, friendly and fast to reply.
Fantastic villa for large family
By Craig on 09-Aug-2025Superb large villa in good location. Villa is large and spacious with many bathrooms for large party. Upstairs the balcony at front is lovely spot and the outside area is superb with a massive pool and plenty sunloungers. Large outside table as well. The views from the terrace with a morning coffee are lovely. Games room nice addition The walk to a large Lidl is easy and only a few minutes and it's about 10 to 15 minute walk into town, I would recommend taxis back - only a few euros - the walk back up the hill is difficult. Carlos a good host answering all questions before hand and on hand when we arrived. Great villa for a large party
Fantastic Villa
By Natalie Clark on 02-Aug-2025First time staying at a villa as a family of 11. Carlos was great and very patient with all of my questions from the start. The villa is in a perfect location, 2 mins walk from Aldi and Lidl and 10mins walk from the old town. The villa and pool are spotless clean with everything to hand, lovely comfy beds. The only thing I could criticise slightly is the oven in the kitchen - that’s not the best but we worked around it. Can’t wait for our next visit - loved every minute of our stay - Thankyou ❤️

Perfect accommodation and location for a large family group
By Wendy on 27-Jul-2024First big family holiday we've done for a long time with our adult children and the grandchildren. We were looking for somewhere we wouldn't have to be endlessly driving and this certainly fitted the bill as two supermarkets and the Old Town are within easy walking distance. The bedroom accommodation was perfect for our group and the number of bathrooms meant there were no arguments about people having to wait. The toilet down by the pool and the cloakroom with shower on the first floor (near the kitchen) were also extremely useful. The large pool got plenty of use and we also loved the outdoor barbecue area. Because both Lidl and Aldi are so close by we could make spur of the moment decisions about whether to eat in or go out depending on how tired the toddlers were. Albufeira Old Town is still a lovely, lively place but with the pushchairs I don't think we ever managed to do it in 5 minutes but 10-15 mins was fine. The older members of the party also occasionally opted for a taxi on the return journey as it's all uphill! Because of the age profile of our group we didn't use the games room much but if you're travelling with teenagers it would probably be a great attraction. Carlos and his parents are lovely, friendly people and the few minor issues we encountered (small things like lightbulbs blowing) were quickly and happily resolved. We would definitely go back again.
