The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features four spacious en-suite bedrooms for your privacy, including family-friendly sleeping arrangements. The bright open-plan living and dining area (over 30m²) provides plenty of space to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless — from quick breakfasts to memorable family dinners.

Booking Information:
20% deposit required at booking; balance (80%) payable 8 weeks before arrival by bank transfer
Alternatively, 30% deposit + 70% cash on arrival (EUR)
Damage deposit: €400 (cash on arrival, revolut, wise; refunded at departure or by bank transfer within1-2 days).
Cancellation Policy!
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting booking availability.
Deposit & Cancellation
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not automatically refundable.
Refund Conditions:
If the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked under the same conditions (dates and rate), the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the property is partially rebooked, a partial refund may be issued proportionally.
If the property is not rebooked, no refund will be issued.
Future Stay Credit:
If the cancelled dates are not rebooked, the deposit may be converted into a credit for a future stay. This credit can be applied once the remaining balance of the new booking is paid. The credit is valid for 12 months from the original booking dates.
New bookings are subject to availability and current pricing.
Changes to Booking:
Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability and season.
Price differences may apply depending on the new dates.

Fabulous, amazing and the best holiday
By Alison & family on 18-Jul-2026We have just returned from the villa, a family of 4 adults and 1 child. It's the first time we've done a villa holiday and so glad we chose this one. Echoing other reviews the communication with Inna from the initial booking to arranging transfers and drop off and pick ups was first class. Arriving at the villa we were amazed at the cleanliness throughout and the quality of the fixtures and fittings. From the fully fitted kitchen to the spacious lounge/dining area to the bedroom furniture and so much storage space throughout. Each bedroom having an ensuite which again absolutely spotless. The pool area was also kept immaculately clean and we spent so much time there. Our 6 year old granddaughter rated it 20/10. The villa in a residential area so very quiet. It is gated and shutters throughout so felt very safe. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Nelson and Inna.

Unreal
By Catrina O'Neill on 11-Jul-2026Everything about this property was perfect, the location, the layout, the rooms the pool and pool area were all brilliant. I want to echo all that has been said in the previous reviews also. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed sheets even smelled like fabric softener which is a first for anywhere we have stayed. Communication with Inna and Nelson from booking until after departure was quick, friendly and efficient. The transfers they set up were fantastic with a very happy friendly taxi driver. Thank you all for a fabulous week in Portugal. We definitely hope to book with you again in the future.
FAB-U-LOUS
By Karen Williams on 11-Jun-2026had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place....already stayed at one villa on Corcovada prior to this that Inna & Nelson look after but this one is by far my favourite... beautiful setting on an estate, gated and safe, beautiful airy air conditioned rooms and bathrooms a plenty. Pool is lovely, if anything ne careful getting in.. may require a hand rail but thats it. There were 6 girls all away for a hen weekend and it was suitably positioned between new & old town with Lidl a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend and i will be booking again

Lovely villa
By Tracy Gardner on 01-Jun-2025We stayed here from the 1st June 2025 for 2 weeks. There were 5 adults and 2 children and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The villa was very clean and within walking distance of everything that we needed. The outside space was such a big hit with the children, in and out of the pool. The villa had everything that you could possibly need and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing villa
By Jemma on 27-Jul-2024The villa is so much nicer in person than it comes across in photos. The pool is a great size. The place is super modern and spacious. There were 8 adults staying and it never felt cramped. The only downside is how awful the pillows are. And the towels are really rough. Everything else was perfect. Lidl literally 5 mins away and only €5 to the old down or around a 15 min walk - we didn’t walk back as there’s quite the hill. Communication was great too.

Beautiful Villa

Villa was spotless and so well equipped, and the location near supermarkets, restaurants etc was fab. I can’t fault anything about the villa and will definitely book again.
