Description
View over the Golf course on the ground floor and has a spacious garden both front and rear. The 2 large bedrooms, 1 with an on-suite bathroom. The spacious living room with fireplace has a great view and a light layout. A mosquito door available in the bedroom. This apartment is the luxurious 2 bedroom version on Balaia Golf. A fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer & dishwasher. Both bedrooms and the living room have a/c. Fully luxurious refurbished and 2 min from the pool & the clubhouseThe space is located in a quiet area and ideal for hibernators. The terrace has sun all day! We advise guests to have a car. We are happy to help arrange this.
The resort has a 24/7 reception service (in the winter this might vary)
Sport:
There is a teacher whom gives lessons for children, beginners and advanced and this in a very professional yet fun way. He is a real out Prof and can always be found next to the tennis court on the side of the restaurant "la varanda"
Twice a week there's social tennis so anyone can join in. Once a week there's also a golf tournament so if you would like to join: go to the clubhouse to sign up. Furthermore there's a golf teacher and you have a discounted rate for the course.
The property is fully heated for the winter and fast wifi are included
We have a special price of €2.500 included the above for guests whom stay a month or longer for the winter period
The wellness and the indoor pool/hot tub are not included : the prices are €8 per day or €30 per week and the opening times are: weekdays from 09 am till 19pm and weekends from 10am till 19pm.
The gym : €8 per day or €30 per week.
All included GYM, Indoor pool & Hottub @ €80 per person per week or if you want to be more flexible, you can also buy 10 tickets at €48
The resort is an excellent place for family and for golfers and we do have special prices for guests whom wish to stay longer than a month or for the winter season!

Great holiday with fantastic views
By Monika Siennicka on 17-Jun-2026Nicole is an amazing host! Very responsive and friendly! We felt amazing at her place. The apartment itself is very cosy but also the location is beautiful. Situated in the golf village with easy access to 6 pools, tennis courts etc. It gave us a White Lotus vibe The apartment is clean and well equipped. It’s possible to cook dinners without any issues however we prepared only breakfast for ourselves. Dining in the terrace with the great view was the highlight. Truly recommended place. I would like to go back and I’m sure I will !
Fantastic Holiday

Nicole arranged the transfer for us to and from the airport which made our late night arrival stress free and arranged for the taxi to pick us up from the apartment at the end of our stay which was so helpful. Nicole also recommended lots of things to do and places to eat. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly which also helped. The apartment was in a quiet part of the resort which was great for what we were looking. We hired a car which enabled us to explore the area although we found Uber convenient after we handed the hire car back. The pools are great and we enjoyed a couple of rounds on the par 3 golf course. We had a lovely holiday and Nicole made us feel very welcome.
