Description
This property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. and offers 6 outdoor pools and a 9-hole golf course,2 restaurants, a wellness center equipped with a hot tub, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool.The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two new bathrooms, a dining and a seating area with sofas and a stunning garden view with a private terrace. Guests can rent one of the Balaia's 4 tennis courts or rent a bicycle to explore Albufeira.
* July & August rental is per week from a minimum of 7 days
* Winter period from 30 days @ €2.500 per month (including heating, wifi)
The space
All rooms are very spacious and this winter freshly painted and the bathrooms, kitchen, floors are new both with with walking shower and completely newly refurbished in February 2025
Other things to note
the wellness and the indoor pool/hot tub are not included : the prices are €8 per day or €30 per week and the opening times are: weekdays from 09 am till 19pm and weekends from 10am till 19pm.
The gym : €8 per day or €30 per week.
All included GYM, Indoor pool & Hottub @ €80 per person per week. You can also buy 10 tickets at €48
The resort is an excellent place for family and for golfers and we do have special prices for guests whom wish to stay longer than a month or for the winter season!

Beautiful location
By Karl on 08-Apr-2026Nicole was great. Very proactive in messaging, organised our airport transfers and was also very accommodating on early check-in and late check-out. Thank you. The apartment was perfect for the six of us, in a very peaceful location that had everything we needed, including a short walk to a fantastic beach. Everything had been thought through from washing up liquid, condiments, loo roll and dishwasher tablets, which made things much easier. Would thoroughly recommend in off-peak and peak season.

I would definitely like to stay again in the future. The pool we used (one of the 6 on site) was fabulous and never too busy - we had a choice of sun beds each day, and this was during October half term too. Thank you Nicole for your hospitality! We wanted to BBQ and Nicole responded quickly to say we could buy one, which we did from the Aldi and use on the patio. Air conditioning was a life saver during the heat wave we are having. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!
