Description
Casa Ferrari is a beautiful, recently renovated and tastefully decorated villa on the outskirts of Carvoeiro town centre and near some amazing beaches. Carvoeiro Tennis Club, a local (small) supermarket and some restaurants are within walking distance. Two 18-hole golf courses with 3-min drive.The villa has a large open plan living area incorporated with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. Large patio doors open to the terrace/pool area with a covered sun room for al-fresco dining, extra seating areas and a built-in bbq. The swimming pool has Roman steps and a shallow end and can be heated for an extra cost (250€/week). The sizeable 3000m2 plot is fully fenced with electric gates to the road.
All four bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the two of the bedrooms can be either used as twins or doubles (beds join seamlessly). Master bedroom and a double bedroom are on the 1st floor opening to a roof terrace with fabolous views towards the sea. Other two bedrooms are on the ground floor as are the main living areas.
Under the swimming pool there is a large games room with a pool table, a bar, sofas and flat screen TV.
The property is fully air-conditioned and also has central heating option for any winter stays. Car hire is recommended and there is plenty off-road parking on the villa grounds up to three cars. The villa has a security alarm and shutters.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge when requested and there are two foldable Z-beds suitable for children up to 12 years of age.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use. Mid-week maid service.
Changeover day is Friday in the summer season.

Amazing, wonderfully equipped villa

The villa is really spacious and so well equipped with everything you need for a great family holiday. The games room is amazing and a perfect place to gather in the evening. It is also walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars, although we spent much more time at the villa than planned as it was so perfect for our needs.

Perfect getaway!
By Alex R on 18-Oct-2024We had such a great time. The house is so well laid out, very comfortable, great bedrooms and en suites! There’s a choice of spaces for peaceful lounging and dining in the shade or the sun. We loved the fabulous pool (which we paid to heat) and tv/games room tucked away. The area is beautiful and so quiet- nothing but birdsong. Short, easy drives to big supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Went as a family (2 kids 10 and 15) plus Grandma. A wonderful break!
Absolute luxury

The villa is extremely well appointed with plenty of room for a large group and great attention to detail and little extras to make life easy. We were lucky with good weather but if it hadn't been so good we would have ok with the big screen TVs, games room, board games, books etc to keep you occupied. The ensuites were exquisite and beds super comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and amazing terrace for sitting outside. All together fabulous. Some great restaurants within short walking distance and Caveiro is a lovely, friendly little town (40 minute walk, short drive)
