Description
Villa 12 is a beatiful villa with air-conditioning and private pool, only 10min walk from Carvoeiro town centre. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and offers modern comforts for your holiday.There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, patio/terrace, garage and pool. The garden is mature with trees and shrubs, and the plot is fenced with electric gates to the road.
The villa has a double bedroom and two twins on the upper entrance level and the master double is on the main ground floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc) with a separate WC next to the kitchen.
The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wifi internet. Both kitchen and the living area open to the pool and terrace. Charcoal barbeque.
Car hire is not essential but there is enough parking on the villa grounds up to two cars. The villa has a security alarm and electric shutters.
Note: Building works have commenced (winter 2025/2026) on a large plot next to the villa, and we expect them to last min. 18 months. We can not be held responsible for any disturbance caused by the works.
A cot and high chair (free of charge) can be provided when requested.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use.
Pool heating option: 200€/week

Lovely villa

Great stay
By Kevin J on 21-Jul-2026Great place to stay, Villa was very clean and Sam was brilliant getting accommodation ready allowing us early check-in. We had a small issue when a drain was blocked but Sam quickly arranged an engineer to attend and the problem was resolved all within a few hours. Thank you for the lovely stay.
Excellent villa

Great outside seating area, good sized bedrooms, decent kitchen with a dishwasher, efficient WiFi and a large garage for our golf equipment. Didn’t use the pool as we were out most days - but this was a great location and base for our golf holiday. Sam was very helpful when we had a few questions on arrival and very responsive overall. Lockbox check-in is very convenient - clear instructions provided on the entry/exit process too. The driveway from the street down to the parking was a bit tricky the first few times as we had a large estate car and the kerb is quite high, but it was no problem with a friend guiding me in/out. Summary - excellent villa, thank you for a nice holiday…!

The weather was exceptional for the time of year - warm, sunny days that felt more like early summer than late autumn, making it perfect for relaxing and exploring. The accommodation was absolutely fabulous. Well maintained, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The town itself is full of fabulous restaurants, with truly exquisite food and so many options to choose from. Every meal felt like a treat, from fresh seafood to delicious local dishes. Try, "Restaurante O Cantinho" as recommended by the owner of the property. It was 10/10! We especially loved enjoying cocktails right by the beach at Praia de Carvoeiro - sipping drinks with the ocean views was a real highlight. The drive from Faro Airport was convenient and straightforward, and renting a car gave us the freedom to discover nearby towns and hidden gems along the coast. Everything about the trip was easy, relaxing, and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return - Carvoeiro in November is a true gem!
A perfect multi-generational getaway in Carvoeiro - heated pool, al fresco BBQ evenings, and an unbeatable location near Praia de Carvoeiro

With grandparents, family friends, and our 7 year old son all together, it was the perfect setting for making special memories. The heated pool was an absolute highlight. It quickly became everyone’s favourite gathering spot - perfect for leisurely morning swims, playful afternoons with our son, and relaxed dips as the sun went down. It was such a treat to have it warm and inviting at any time of day. In the evenings, we loved dining al fresco and making full use of the BBQ, enjoying long, relaxed dinners together under the warm Algarve sky. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk to Praia de Carvoeiro beach, which made spontaneous beach trips effortless, and we were just a short stroll away from shops, bars, and restaurants. Plenty of taxis on hand when we weren't in the mood of walking back after dinner and drinks. Having a local supermarket nearby was so convenient for stocking up the fridge with essentials for the week. Everything about our stay was easy, comfortable, and perfectly suited to a large family group. We made memories we’ll treasure forever and would absolutely return without hesitation. A true five-star experience!
Fantastic stay
By Paul on 02-Nov-2025We were a family with kid enjoying this amazing villa. Everything was just perfect, we could truly relax and unwind. Sam and her team looked after us with 5 star service, any need was efficiently met. The villa was spotless. We used the pool continuously…great to have heating in November! The only downside was having to leave…we will be back & thank you Sam!
