Description
Newly available Casa OuMun is located in the small and quiet Pedra Grande resort just 20 mins walk to the village of Carvoeiro. During this walk you will pass several restaurants plus Centianes Beach which has a beach restaurant by it's side. The Centianes area itself has it's own range of bars, cafes and restaurants and shops.There is a short cut pathway to the mini mercado store at Rocha Brava at just 5 mins walk where you can get your dailies such as bread, milk, newspapers etc. There is also a gym and tennis facilities there plus a lively bar and restaurant with live music during the evenings, for those who didn't want to venture into the village.
Casa OuMun is a spacious beautifully decorated air conditioned property with beautiful new wood flooring throughout, one twin bedroom, one double, (both air conditioned and with ceiling to floor huge wardrobes), and two bath/shower rooms and will very comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby in a cot. (Prices include cot and highchair). There is access to the outside terrace from the double bedroom. All linen, bath towels and beach/pool towels are supplied, as is a welcome pack of basic foods and drink. The fully fitted kitchen has everything the owner could think of for a comfortable stay which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee filter machine and all crockery and cooking utensils. Just off the kitchen is a lovely breakfast area with small alcove to the left with a single seat, private reading area for those who want some peace. The modern and bright air-conditioned living room has 2 comfortable large sofas, wi-fi, wall mounted large screen TV with Sat channels, plus a radio/CD music system for entertainment and a log fire, which is a welcome addition for winter rentals which are also available with this property. During winter we can offer discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Just outside the lounge is a spacious covered outside area with extendable awning if shade is required for al fresco dining with a table and 6 chairs. A great area to enjoy the views of the countryside at any time of the day. There is a BBQ available by the side of the table. A short stroll away is the huge condominium pool which guests can use at their leisure whenever they wish. Casa OuMun provides absolute comfort for guests and is extremely well managed by the property manager who is at the end of a telephone for support should you have any requests or problems during your stay. Payments for rentals can be taken in either euros or sterling and is payment protected with the Simply Owners free of charge anti fraud/scam service. Once guests have booked we will generate a Payment Protection Document from within our Simply Owners account. All details are on the website itself.
Carvoeiro is a 45 min journey from Faro Airport and transfers can be organised for guests on request.

Amazing place to holiday
By Chris Taylor on 11-Jul-2026The place was amazing, it had everything we needed. clean and spacious. Enough locally to walk to and the town was an easy walk or easy to get to by Bolt. The area is beautiful and some great places to watch the sun rise and set. . Very friendly we met some local people who made us very welcome. Easy from The minute we booked to our return home. Joao was so friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay easy. Visted many places locally with ease using Bolt so got to explore some great places. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks to everywhere made our stay easy and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Fantastic and Spacious 2 bed Apartment
By Brenda and Paul on 22-Jun-2026Our second visit to this apartment. There is always great communication between Peter and the owner Joao. This 2 bedroom apartment is in an excellent location in Rocha Brava with good restaurants nearby, our favourites are Pashmina and The Lighthouse. Walking into Carvoeiro is approx 30 minute walk or you can get an Uber for 5 Euros and there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Joao has now added an awning outside and is a great addition especially at lunchtime. The complex is small and quiet and conveniently located for the local spar shops and coffee shop. The nearest beach is a five minute walk and there are umbrellas and beach chairs in the cupboard, also the communal pool is clean and the pool temperature is pleasant.

As ever, spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a very relaxing time; the addition of a new awning to the front is very welcome when the sun gets too hot! Joao is a most hospitable host and on hand to answer any questions you may have. Super pool, beautiful beaches and great restaurants close by; we hope to visit again soon!

Super spacious apartment ,amazing pool & great location
By Margaret Everett on 20-Apr-2026We had such a fantastic stay at Casa Ouman ,great big apartment very clean ,exceptionallly comfy beds ,very well equipped everything you need with a nice welcome pack .Great out door space & the pool just stunning a real sun trap .Located next door to Rocha Brava easy access , with a shop restaurant & cafe bar .We had the most relaxing time ,we will definitely be booking again .

The apartment is equipped with all you need including a very generous Wellcome pack. Joao is a generious host only a message/call away if needed 5 Star.

A little gem in Carvoeiro.

The booking process with SimplyOwners was quick, easy and painless and they kept us fully informed at all stages leading up to our arrival in Portugal. (Very professional). The lovely owner Joao met us at the premises and showed us round the fabulous apartment which had everything we needed and more. Joao left us a lovely welcome pack, nothing was too much trouble he was only a text or WhatsApp away if we needed anything. The property, pool and surrounding area was well maintained and quiet and peaceful, situated at Pedra Grande which all added to a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Will definitely be back.
